I visit this store regularly as Vegas is my home airport and enjoy purchasing jewelry before a trip. I am usually very satisfied that is why I keep on coming back. I was extremely disappointed with today’s experience. The sale associate Destiny B made me feel uncomfortable by using high pressure sale techniques to promote her higher price merchandise, repeatedly disregarded my requests and comments regarding the type of merchandise I wanted to see, she also made me uncomfortable by requesting an additional employee keep an eye on me as if she suspected me of theft. I felt disrespected during the entire duration of the visit. Destiny treated me poorly and offered negative customer service. I hope this is an isolated incident due to Destiny being new or lack of training.

I was suprised by the rude customer service experience. I asked if they would diamond test a watch for me (which takes 2 seconds with their touch tool) and was told they \"only use it for their diamonds.\" Meanwhile 3 girls standing around doing nothing that could of accomodated in a matter of minutes... purchased a lot of jewelry and been to many jewelry stores, have never experienced a place so unwilling to help a potential customer. This is likely just an indicator for what to expect with these people, take your business elsewhere.

Literally the worst pandora location you could ever go to. The manager said we could not return or exchange our rings purchased 2 days ago when they have a 'Return Policy' sign at the register that states their 30 day return and exchange policy in detail. Absolutely unprofessional manager, don't waste your time here. Go to a different location where you are valued as a customer. I would give them 0 starts if I could

I went to this Pandora branch to get my first Sterling Silver custom bracelet. While the lady was friendly and introduced the products to me in a fun way, her jokes sometimes went a bit too far especially when measuring my wrist.As an Asian, my height is quite average, but I looked very short to her, so she teased me and said I was "very tiny", which I thought was a bit derogatory and infantalizing since I just turned 20 this year (making me a grown adult).

Girl who helped me buy my charms flat out lied to me. She told me I should buy a clip for my bracelet and I asked her if the one she offered me was the cheapest they sell. Come to find out that after going on their website there's much cheaper clips for sale. Feel very lied to considering there's a certain level of expectation of taking the associates word for it. Maybe they should lower their sales goals so they don't feel compelled to lie to their customers. Very sad

My friend loves Pandora, I have never been in the store and my husband thought it would be a good Mother's Day gift for me. The sales woman (older lady in the terminal 1 store) was super pushy which turned me off to start with. The bracelet wasn't really my taste as much as it was hers. When she told me the cost I started to have a panic attack and told her I couldn't spend that much (not that we didn't have the money, I just can't justify spending that amount on something I probably wouldn't wear) to which she starting taking off charms to make it cheaper. After she gave me the new total I told her I was going to pass and when she asked why I told her I wasn't really a jewelry type of girl. She got stone faced and said "have a nice day" as cold as possible. She was pushy and rude, made me realize that I will never buy anything from Pandora nor recommend anyone to them.

The associate was really rude and racially profiled me and my Fiancée when I visited this store at 1:15p on 8/31/2020 Pretty much saying that due to “social distancing” we could not walk around the store, but we had to stay in plain sight view. Which clearly wasn’t the case, because there was another shopper who exited earlier who was indeed walking around the store. This is very unfortunate because we shop at Pandora all the time. 100 percent sure we will not be spending our money here going forward
