My husband bought me a beautiful ring at Pandora, but unfortunately, it was too small for me. The return policy states "Items in unused and original condition purchased are eligible for returns within 30 days in store with receipt." This is false. My husband went to the store and spoke with the seller who told him that they would not accept the ring because according to them it had a scratch. I never wore the ring, which means that they sold us the scratched ring, obviously, the scratch can only be seen with a magnifying glass and my husband did not know that he should use a magnifying glass to check it. Obviously, he thought he was buying from a serious and reputable store.We contacted customer service and they did not solve our problem either, now I am with a 647 dollar ring that I cannot use and that the store does not accept either. I feel cheated and frankly disappointed in the store not only for its customer service but also for its dishonesty when it comes to selling an imperfect product.

First time here and I left with great satisfactory. The staff are friendly and the jewelry are so beautiful! Lindsay B here is a great assistant, she explains everything and gives suggestions. And she never got tired or annoyed when I asked her questions. I have no idea why the readings here are so low, but I definitely recommend here

I went in to get my wife a exclusive Las Vegas charm. Shannon helped us and was super fantastic. Normally the staff is very reserved but she enjoyed laughing and joking around and helped me buy the right thing to fix my wife's bracelet problem. I did buy more than planned but she was great next time I am in Vegas I hope she is still working there.

I purchased my bracelet in 2019 but never purchased charms. When I came here I can’t think of my sales rep name but he was amazing. He informed me of the clasp I needed to help stop the charms from falling off and he helped me find the perfect charms for my bracelet. He showed me the ones that were on sale for 50% off which is a sweet deal. All the prices were the same there and in my home state nothing was over priced. I even got a Vegas charm! Thank you Pandora I’m loving my bracelet and looking to add more charms

Nice and quick. They were able to help my sister out with her purchase, and our sales rep, Jennifer, helped us with balancing out the design and making sure that nothing was off.Masks are required for entry, and you do have to wait outside as only 1 group is allowed at a time.

Flavia is the BEST!!!! In Vegas this past weekend for mom’s 60th celebration & came in the store to sales & great customer service!! THREE bracelets later(mom went right back next day for third) still smiling & feeling great! Big THANK YOU to Flavia, so pleasant & knowledgeable of merchandise. All retailers should take a training class from her!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order online realized within mins my address was incorrect I contact Pandora they said there was nothing they could do not even cancel the order. So I was able to update my address on with ups, then I received an alert Pandora requested the package be held at the ups facility. I waited for over a week for a new delivery date or pickup time and didn't receive this. Now the package has been sent back to Pandora and susette tells me "I didn't pick it up on time so theres nothing they can do" I always wear James Avery and will continue to do so.Pandora customer service is horrible!!

I went Into the location at forum shops hoping to exchange a ring that was to big after having already tried once but Yet again the ring was to large for my finger . I went into this location because it was convenient at the time but that was a huge mistake . MACEE the worker there was extremely rude she did not help at all and actually made me feel uncomfortable. She even once rolled her eyes right I front of me and said something rude about her manager. ( not that the manager was any help at all she was actually very rude too) She continuously told me that exchanges are only allowed once but that she would “help me this one time” but she did not . After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I left with no exchange and a terrible experience . I felt as if it was criminal that i was trying to exchange a ring THAT DID NOT FIT ME . for something the exact same price . Terrible customer service here and these people should learn to be alotttt nicer .
