The location makes it very busy!! Staff tries to help multiple people at a time so you can't get their undivided attention. Spent too much time waiting.

Was here looking for the gondola charm. No longer being sold but ended up finding one online. Very clean store front, well lit and plenty of staff to help you out.

I went and got a cute classic bracelet with the help of Isabella she was so helpful during the purchase. Very welcoming and sweet and didn’t rush me during the process.
