Jione told me that is to a manger’s discretion if they want to do an exchange after 30 days she said she didn’t want to and then she told me she would only do it for her friends. That she can take advantage all she wants how sad.

This is our second time visiting the fashion show mall. Linda D has been exceptional. She was very patient with my boyfriend and I. Linda has been exceptionally helpful when it came to finding new charms for our bracelet. She showed us plenty of new charms we didn’t know existed that we absolutely fell in love with. Linda D. Is what every Pandora store needs!

I have been to several pandora stores around Las Vegas and Henderson. I have to say that this store by far has the rudest customer service. Unfortunately I did not get her name. My Granddaughter and I were in and she was just very condescending and very rude. If it wasn’t for Stephanie coming over and being nice and helping my granddaughter, with the rings, I would’ve said something to the other girl, but I let it go at the time. We only had our two bracelets on and asked them to be cleaned and she was in and out so fast there’s no way that they got cleaned. I’ve had my stuff clean before and it does take a couple of minutes. Again, I wish I had her name because she definitely needs a talking to about treating customers nicely. On a good note we do love Pandora! But will not be returning to that store.

I called to have a custom necklace engraved and shipped to Utah. Linda made it SO easy and was super quick. It was my first experience at a Pandora and I’ll be coming back!!

Hi Everyone, I came to pandora roughly 2 weeks ago. My friend was helped by a super sweet young lady who provided several options. However, I got the short end of the stick and was assigned by a very condescending young woman (POC). I can't remember her name nor did I care to ask but her way of customer service is awful. I have a bracelet that I got last May and wanted to add a charm. After choosing my charm they ask for your email and such. I'm a very funny gal so I made a joke "dang, will yal ask for my ssn next?" Young woman responds with, "unless you're applying for a credit card I won't need your ssn." The tone and body language was just off, like girl it's a joke just laugh. Next, she assisted putting my bracelet on. In the process I noticed she was putting it on in a way that I would see it and not it dangling for others to see it. So I asked can you switch it.. she had the nerve to say "That's what I was already doing before you told me to put it another way." Tell me why I still walked out the store with the bracelet on wrong. After the 2nd attempt I refused to ask her rude lil butt again. Her demeanor, tone and just everything was off as if I agitated her. Idk what customers she's dealt with in the past but she needs some training or a new job. Sadly, again didn't get her name or care to but she was an Asian woman and that just upset me and now I'm here 2 weeks later leaving a review. Just pass this store up! Don't go in, it's clear they need training based on reviews

My husband and I went there for my birthday gift. Service was great! Savanah was wonderful. Very attentive and polite knew the merchandise helped me put a Christmas bracelet together. Loved it. She showed great customer service! That you Savanah

The customer service at this store is ATROCIOUS. I had called this site on 10/19/22 at 12:11pm and was asking about warranty and care and LISA (or so she says) hung up on me when I asked for clarification on my pandora piece. She HUNG UP. Rude and unprofessional. Then when I called back, someone else answered and gave the same attitude! Guess when folks are hired at $10.50 an hour, customer service skills isn’t something they’re expected to have LOL. Poor job PANDORA, Find better employees. There are good ones out there. Because of this experience, I will never be stepping foot or purchasing from pandora again.

I came into this pandora needing to exchange or resize my ring, the person checking everyone in was rude and unwelcoming and basically told me there was nothing they could do after waiting in a super long line. I showed them the receipt it was purchased and they weren't sure if they could take the receipt??? They then told me that it was over the 30 days even though it was only 3 days over the 30 days and there was nothing they could do. I'm super irritated because now I have a ring that I can't wear and have no idea what to do with, I didn't want to return it I just needed it down a size but they were super persistent on that they could do nothing for me, very disappointed.

Second pandora location I've been to where the employees are unwelcoming and not good sales people at all.. the environment is very cold and doesn't make me want to spend my money lol
