Rude and unhelpful staff. I had a bracelet where the jewels fell apart and the lady said I couldn’t exchange at this location and to check the outlet mall. She didn’t suggest any alternatives. Pandora does not have quality products. I do not suggest coming here or any of their stores.

I love going to this pandora location as it is close to my house. The girl helping me was super sweet and helped me find the charm I was looking for.

So happy with my bracelet.It was a gift and didn't fit quite right, I went in with the receipt and they gave me a bracelet that fit perfectly. The ladies in the store that helped me were very nice, great customer service & made me feel welcome.

Literally, the sweetest people work in this shop! The customer service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely wanted to help you. Honestly, if I could visit this location everyday I would. Great job Pandora! *two big thumbs up*

Went in for a cleaning, the machine was down however Kayla was super super nice. She let me know when it would be fixed and when we could come back. She still examined my bracelet and complemented me on my charm choices and showed me hers. She was just super nice as was her co worker. The kindness they showed to me and my daughter was refreshing. Can't wait till next week when I go in to get my next charm. These ladies make me wanna shop there.

Fran was an absolute delight! I came in with my boyfriend to purchase a ring and she definitely helped up out in finding the perfect one! I loved her energy and she was just super sweet! iIll definitely be coming back to purchase more from her.

First, I went to Pandora branch in Palazzo Casino yesterday and i really hate my experienced.... Felt that i was forced and rushed to purchased my first bracelet. When me and my husband got home, I was upset with my purchased and didnt bother to look at it. The next day (today), we went to Summerlin branch and told Valerie (she's awesome)!!! She greeted us right away and told her my situation, not only she listened.... she also took ALOT of time and patience with me until Im satisfied with my bracelet. Even through, I paid extra $683.86 atleast I'm a happy camper and inlove.... Definitely recommended this store and ask for Valerie...

I recently purchased a Sparkling Double Halo Ring on May 31, 2022. Poor quality the stone fell out on July 18,2022. So I was told when I purchased the ring that you have a year warranty on it and I was given a receipt and was told that it would be in there system just in case something happened and I was unable to find my receipt. The employee that sold me the ring on the 31st was amazing. I returned to the Pandora store today in the summerlin mall plaza and received horrible treatment. First of all go figure they have a new system and did not transfer any of the previous information over before going to a new system. So Guess What if you don't have your receipt YOU ARE OUT OF SOME CASH. Poor customer service!!!!

I just want to say Thank you to Kim amazing customer service, kind lady, happy soul and so helpful and welcoming. I been shopping at Pandora for years I love their rings, they are great quality and last a long time. However, I bought two rings online which were delivered on May 3, and by May 10, one of the rings rhinestones were falling off. I was shocked that in a matter of a week the ring was falling apart. I went to to the North Premium outlets horrible customer service don't remember his name but He looked at the ring and said it was bended and that I had to go to another Pandora because they were an outlet and did not have this new ring model. The ring was not bended FYI. Then I went to Pandora inside the Fashion show mall, I showed the ring to one of the ladies there, she said let me get my manger. Her so called manger came over and said the ring was bended and I had to come back when the store manger was there the next morning for an exchange. I asked her I thought they said you were the manger. They switched up the story and didn't seem to want to help me. So I went back the next day to Fashion show and didn't ask for no manger just told them I was there for a refund and this lady didn't help as well first thing she said I had to return another item I order to be able to return the ring and what was upsetting was that the day before the lady who help me didn't tell me that when I showed her my online invoice. By this time I already had gone to Pandora three times, all rude not helpful, horrible service, not welcoming and seriously made me not want to ever shop at Pandora again. This was the Pandora at fashion show all rude ladies. So I had to drive home get the other item so I could be able to get my refund for this damaged cheap quality ring. So I decided to go to Pandora in Downtown Summerlin, this is my 4th time going to Pandora in a matter of 4 days!!!! as soon as I walked in Kim was so kind and welcoming I explained my story and how my ring was falling apart. Right away she said I can get you a refund or if I would like to see other rings. I was determine to just get a full refund and never shop at Pandora again but her customer service sold me I bought another ring and got my refund. I will be coming back to Pandora in Down town Summerlin soon to buy some charms for me new bracelet. Thank you Kim. We need more individual like her at Pandora!!!!

The sales rep who assisted us was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. She was also very patient while my fiance and myself figured out what we wanted. I would recommend this location if you have been considered buying one for your partner or parent.

Poor quality metals, as the three bracelets with charms my wife owns all tarnish. Even with a cleaning at Pandora, within a month or so they tarnish. Overpriced, low grade metal used!
