I ordered for delivery and they showed up to deliver the food did not speak any English had to use phone to google translate and then would not give a receipt for purchase. I called the store to speak to a manger to get a receipt for my records. The manager said if I want a receipt I have to go in to the store to get a receipt. I went to the store to get a receipt and also return the cold soggy wings they tried to deliver as fresh. When I was there I was talking to the manager and he would not refund the wings and said he didn’t know how to do it. I asked to speak to his manager and he would not let me and said he was not aloud to give out his managers name. I then asked him one more time if he could tell me his name. He said his name is Mr manager. Im not sure who is in charge of the hiring at this place but your Mr manager sucks and maybe you all need to try to treat your customers better.So here is a picture of Mr Manager himself since he would not give a name.Wheelchair accessibility: I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair and this is the service they gave me. Tried to go many times, they just don't change. Nobody here cares. Management lets the workers make mediocre food and treat customers terribly. Bad customer service.Pizza is ready for pickup and they will still make you wait for a long time. The cashier was trying his best taking orders and giving away orders for pickup. The delivery guy came and asked another guy at the back if he would want to help since the line is building up but he didn't care. This guy at the back finally went to the front to "help" but selectively. He even yelled at a customer who's been waiting for the order that's been on the shelf getting cold because he's sitting next to the counter. Remove the chair for the waiting customers if you don't want anyone people to be there. What a rude person! Customer went back in line to try and get the pizza, once it's his turn, the guy left. Very inappropriate behavior. There's a camera, if it's working, it should have been recorded if management care to investigate this certain entitled piece of work employee. Someone else handed the pizza out.Calling their hotline won't work as you can see from the other reviews, they will not pick up the phone. I am sure there's a manager there, one who does not manage the place and let things like this happen all the time. What a terrible place to go. Not coming back. Waste of time.

Never have I received my order on time when I order pick up. It doesn’t take 50 minutes to cook a papa John’s pizza. Management must enjoy these low ratings because they haven’t done anything to fix the issues.

I used to work for papa johns. Kids with no name tags. I do not order from third party drivers, no health cards. time of delivery continued to get push back. no seals on the boxes and when i called to inquire I was told they could not give me a refund, but they are not. when I asked for their name and the GM name. they informed that they were not giving that information and hung the phone up on me. my driver from door dash was had dirty clothes and smelled. handed me boxes not out of a bag and no seals. I overpaid for 2 pizzas wings and desert $75, and it was cold. delivery time was 9 minutes after the hour showed up 30 min after the hour. store number 2960 order number 0066 had to drive food back to store. still continue to lie to me when i asked for gm and number and their name. after i informed him that i will be calling and would not leave store they voided transaction. sad part is all they had to do was remake and I informed them I would bring back order and pickup new order. there is ego. after looking at the store and staff i will never order from them.

We ordered the new Calzone stuffed crust pizza. WOW, what a disappointment!!!! We had a pepperoni and sausage toppings. We live 1 1/2 miles away and had it delivered. This was just a large pie, nothing fancy. It cost with a 15% tip….. $34 !!!! After tip, delivery charge and tax !!! Give me a break!! The pie was so under cooked the crust was very pale. Not even close to what we saw on TV. Don’t waste your money !!! We won’t be back !! What a shame!

I ordered delivery. They left the food on my doorstep and did not ring the bell, knock or up dated their tracker to say delivered. My pizza had been sitting outside for almost an hour before I discovered it. I called the store and spoke to the shit lead, Babe, (her name), she was very unfriendly, and said it was delivered that way for a contactless delivery. I asked her why they didn't notify me? Knock, ring the bell, update the tracker. She said it was out of her hands because they use a third party delivery service. This was the 2nd time this week I ordered from this papa John's. My first order was great. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from here for a while.

I'm from Louisville, Papa John's HQ. I KNOW what papa johns should be. This place is a abomination. It suffers from over "prepping" dough in order to keep up with orders. They need to make things fresh, simple as that. The pizza WILL NOT be the same unless they do that. Truly a poor example of what Papa John's is. When people prefer Domino's or Hungry Howies over Papa John's pizza, THERE IS A PROBLEM. WAKE UP papa johns corporate!!!

When you order online, you have an option for 'contactless delivery', but for some reason this locations' delivery drivers can't seem to figure out what that means... So instead of leaving at the door like they are supposed to, they ring the doorbell until you answer the door and then stand there trying to get you to tip them more! It's very frustrating.

This place has really gone downhill!! I used to order Papa John's in the past but I haven't had it in a while. Terribly disappointed with the quality of my latest order. Very little product on each pizza. Pepperoni was barely visible and mushrooms were non existent!! The other was simply okay but lacked flavor. Asked for extra pepperoncini but was only given one tiny pepper. Come on folks, don't be so cheap!! I know I won't be coming back!
