Rooms: Room with spacious bed was comfortable hotel room was really clean. No complaints.Nearby activities: Right across the street from the T-Mobile arena definitely a hotel to stay out if you will be going there for a concert.Walkability: Lots of restaurants or stores nearby didn’t have to walk too far for entertainment.Food & drinks: We ate at the chef food truck inside the casino. The food was decently priced and tasted good.

Love this NON SMOKING property!We met THAIREN at the check-in desk. He was very helpful and got us a suite. The suite was nice (no view on 3rd floor) and made our stay even BETTER. The only part that wasn’t perfect was the maid forgot to restock our coffee on the last day.PRIMROSE was excellent with great food and great service. The total cost for breakfast for 2 was $70 with tip.The casino is nice but table minimums pushed us to slots.Once you go to PARK MGM, it’s hard to go to other smoke filled casinos. One would think other casino management would get a clue.

We enjoyed our 4 days stayed there! I love how they have Starbucks coffee shop towards the front area. We definitely visited there every morning….well, 1-2pm lolI just read some reviews on here. It’s too bad that everyone has different experiences. But one thing that I know for sure, the reviews are not fake! We all have different expectations and how we react to certain things. I know for sure that we had a great experience staying there and will stay there again.Looking forward to going and staying there again later in March!Rooms: Our room was fine. We had a suite and it was very clean and spacious. Our king size bed was very comfortable too.Walkability: You can pretty much walk anywhere in Las Vegas. We enjoy walking to the T-Mobile Arena.Food & drinks: We didn’t have a chance to eat there as we had plans for everyday as we were there. But I will definitely will and take better pictures on my next visit.

Just got back from a five night stay with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. I like the fact that the casino is smoke free. Our room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the staff was always accommodating. We did have some issues getting out of the parking garage and every time we called they graciously opened it and we're always willing to replace the key if need be. I would definitely recommend for anyone that's interested in staying on the strip. You're literally in the middle of everything.

Bit of discount for (near) central location.Smoke free in mainstream hotel/casino hard to beat. Vdara also smoke free, but minus stuff to "do" .Strong recommend Park MGM if kids (and take to Vegas?) Ie NHL game?Wish Aria, Bellagio or other "high" end casino would make smoke free ... or at least major portions.

Best value for the experience in Vegas and enjoy the non smoking aspect. Also, Patricia Hayden at the Rewards desk was very helpful, funny and nice. I look forward to saying hi the next time I visit.

The rooms are very outdated and dinghy. The pictures are not real. There was no hot water in the shower and the power went out for an hour in the morning and they dont have any emergency lights in the rooms or bathroom so you are stranded. The phones were busy so we had no clue what is going on and when the power will be back so we can use the bathroom and get ready. Obviously elevators didn’t work so you cant go to your room on the 14th floor unless you take the stairs.
