I took my fiance's 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia with only 40,000 miles on it to sell. Before going in they affirmed me they don't low ball on purchases. After having the car for 15min the gentleman who handles purchasing offers me $10k. I wouldn't of been so upset if they would of just said we're not intrested or we can't offer u a decent offer, but to think I would even consider 10k for a black book valued car of 19k. Don't waste your time with these clowns. I listed the car myself and sold it for $17,400. Time wasted for sure!

This review is strictly for Kervens in the service department. Back in 2021, I had purchased a new Jeep Wrangler at another sister location (JeepOnly). They were wonderful through and through, however, the most convenient location for service is this location here (Desert 215). When I would get my Jeep serviced back in 2021, I wasn't a huge fan of the customer service in the service department. In fact, I even wrote a prior review detailing my experience at the time. However, ever since Kervens had joined and took over my processing (approx. late 2021/early 2022), I have had nothing but excellent customer service all around. I'm a single mom so it's very important for me to be explained everything thoroughly to ensure I understand the services and its charges, thankfully, Kervens does just that, EVERY SINGLE TIME. He is patient and ensures that I never leave the dealership with any questions unanswered. He goes above and beyond and I am so very thankful for the quality of service he provides to his clients. If you ever need anything from the service department, I would HIGHLY recommend seeing Kervens. He will not disappoint. Thanks for reading! Hope this was helpful.

After reviewing the reviews on this dealership I see why they barely have two stars. I went to purchase a new Durango after my 2022 Durango was totaled in a no fault accident by another driver. What should've been one of the best and easiest car deals for the salesman and dealership turned into a bit of a nightmare. I was sat at a table while the salesman asked what I was looking for, and he then brought out who I believe was one of the sales managers. After speaking with the sales manager I could tell he understood how easy of a deal this would be for them based on the situation. I was left sitting in the lobby for an extremely long time while the salesperson went to take it upon himself to select a vehicle for me. I would say I was at that table for about 30 minutes just waiting for him to pull up a vehicle instead of having me to walk with him so that I can point out what I liked. I finally got frustrated after just waiting and decided to walk out. On my way out the lot I saw that the sales person had pulled up the cheapest and most basic generic Durango on the lot. The next day I went to Towbin Dodge and purchased $65k special edition Durango that had everything I was looking for and more, which I would say was absolutely my dream car. I would recommend better training for the salesman and other salesperson at this dealership as this was a wasted opportunity. My totaled vehicle was paid off, I have great credit, and had more than enough money to put down outside of my savings since the insurance company had paid off my totaled vehicle, and also sent me a very large check for equity and other things.

HORRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY SERVICE ADVISOR! I am beyond disappointed how I was treated. Not only did Service Advisor James Cruz (bald Asian guy) take advantage of me, but he willingly lied and disrespected me. James had promised my car to be looked at on a specific day. James had my car SITTING in service with NO ATTENTION or SERVICE REPORT written for ONE WEEK. I was stranded and had to take Ubers across town to get to work. James lack of communication was very DECEPTIVE. James failed to call me with any update and kept me in the dark. This whole time I thought my car was in service being worked on. Fast forward to yesterday, I receive a call from James. He was not sympathetic, empathetic, or concerned about me... he didn't give a crap about the situation. He was rude on the phone when I asked if his manager was there and how they were going to fix the situation. I have never been so uncomfortable or disrespected like that ever in my life. I trusted him with my car and talked so highly about him. For him to backstab me and treat me so wrong, I don't deserve that. STAY AWAY FROM JAMES CRUZ 273216. HE WILL DO YOU WRONG!!!!!!

The service advisor initially said the oil change and recall repair to my truck would take 1.5 hours. After sitting in the waiting area for an hour he comes to me saying the recall work would need to be accomplished in the main shop area and the truck would need to stay overnight. At the end of the next day, I started calling the service department to inquire on my truck's status. I left a voicemail with the service advisor, no return. I called the front desk and sent an email to the service advisor to call me, no response to that either. The service department call waiting queue is a joke, hangs up after a few rings in waiting queue - by design? The next day I called the service department and was told things were slow due to employees not showing up for work and the truck was going to be ready late afternoon. I called again at 4:30pm to learn that my truck was finally ready. I arrived to the service department to no acknowledgment only to state my name, they handed me my keys and paperwork and I was on my way. Epic fail in customer service, epic fail in knowing exactly how long the process would take, and an epic fail in keeping communications open. I'll be shopping around for another establishment for future services.

I go in to look at a car I inquired about online. I get there just for the car to have 20,000 more miles than stated online. So I go with a different car. I got approved for the car. Everything comes back but the down payment is 2000$ higher than I said I would pay. So I was told to find a car within my approval amount. I did. Then I get a message saying I'm not approved but to send my co workers up there!! I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. ZERO STARS

Best service I've ever received! Already purchased 3 units from this store and ever one is creating memories for me and the family. Climbing the Rocky Mt with the Jeep or carving canyons.

I had a good experience purchasing a car at Desert 215. Nico was very responsive and answered my questions. Mike in finance and Taylor in title were both helpful as well.

We have had an ongoing issue with the service department since June 2023. Every time we brought our Jeep in it continued to over heat. Service would "fix" the problem and a few days later it'd be back in the shop. Took 4 months to get a new engine and the mechanic "forgot" to add refrigerant for the air conditioner. A week later the water pump is leaking. Customer service is non existent and communication doesn't exist! Save yourself the time & money & aggravation and avoid this dealership!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I have bought many many (20+) vehicles in Clark County and have never been treated as poorly as the people at Desert 215 Superstore! I do like the vehicle, but from the start I should have ran away! 1) price was high, but the vehicle was what I was looking for 2) I've called the dealer 6-7 times during the sale and after over the last month, and have NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK! 3) at the sale I was told I received the "Desert Protection Plan"! At the sale I was told it was an overall check-up service to bring the vehicle to near factory certified as possible as them not being a Ford dealer they could not certify it! 4) at 2,000 miles the change engine oil light came on and I took it to a service. The oil was black, a quart low and the air filter was very dirty! NO SERVICE HAD BEEN DONE!! 5) after 3-4 calls I got ahold of a manager and he tells me the Desert Protection Plan is window tint (previous owner did tint as it was already scratched) trim edging (not on this vehicle) and detail (car was not detailed)! I am not happy and would recommend to all my friends and all who read this to go elsewhere! POOR SERVICE POOR AFTER CARE POOR CALL BACK GRADE= F-
