My daughter and I absolutely love this shop inside of Luxor! We brought her to Vegas for her 21st birthday and we both made purchases from this shop and had the opportunity to come back to Luxor yesterday....we couldn't resist buying more pearls to treasure! Our sales lady was Francia and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and was very patient with us while we were deciding on new pieces! She really made our day! I love pink pearls and rose gold. I found a beautiful necklace set. My daughter had a few oysters shucked and discovered several beautiful pearls...one she had set into a lovely ring and one that she chose to set into a pendant...the third one is still loose and we're going to bring all of our loose pearls back next time to have them set into jewelry. Looking forward to our next

Just had the most amazing experience with Dana. She was enthusiastic, not hard sell at all. She helped me pick out a ring and pendant, both are stunning. Highly recommend

My 1 star is because of how we were treated when we decided not to buy expensive rings or necklace. The lady who helped us, Francia Haran She was kind to my family and we were exciting on opening our pearls. My sister in law went first and her boyfriend. Then my boyfriend and I went right after. After looking at the rings and bracelet, i chose a ring that i wanted for my pearl they didn't have it in stock, chose a 2nd one didn't have it in stock as well. I ended up choosing the last one which was in stock. The lady told me to choose another oyster for not having 2 of the rings in stock and it was going to be for free. So I did. Once she drilled the hole to my pearl to try out the ring, it was nice but felt really cheap. I asked for the price and she said 499.00 dollars. No way was I paying that much for a ring. After consideration, we decided not to pay that much. As soon as we told her that we just wanted pearls on a pendant only, her attitude change with us she seemed like she was bother about it and when we kept asking her what else can we do since we didn't want to pay as much she would show us something even more expensive kept ignoring our suggestion that's why we just decided to do the pendant. When I told her that I was going to do the pedant only she tells that "free" oyster that she was going to give me was no longer free. I told her that's fine, I'll just take the first pearl I got. When I got my receipt she charged me for 2 pearls even when telling her I was not going to take it. Overall, fun to open pearls but definitely VERY expensive. Will most likely never come back to this. After this experience.

Traveled to Vegas for my birthday and stopped by here. I've always wanted to check it out because I've seen it online through Instagram and TikTok, it was such a cute and fun experience! I ended up getting a ring and pendant, I wasn't planning on spending too much that day but I love pearls so I decided once in a while splurging is okay!

As I was walking pass their stall in Venetian, something got into my eye and I stopped by to quickly check it out to see - in their mirror, that was sitting on top of their counter. A guy named Adam a short, (possibly 5'2") asian looking guy - (I wanted to be specific here as I noticed there was another taller asian looking guy) working at this stall asked me if he can help me. I smiled and simply said, "hey just using your mirror.. I think something got into my eye". And as I continue to try to use their mirror to get that one strand of eyelash out of my eye, the guy comes to me and says.. "Do you know you're harassing our store property.?" I wasn't sure if he was joking or serious, so I gave him a blank stare as I wasn't sure if I was supposed to laugh or take his comment seriously. I said "Okay and I stood their for another few seconds like a deer in headlight.. And he continued speaking and said He could call a security on me... Phew . I simply said why don't you do that then? And he actually picked up the phone to call. All I was thinking.. WOW.. and I walked away as I decided not be around a Negative energy and ruin my mood and my day. But seriously a BIG WOW is all I had in my mind. No human decency in this world these days. Smh Reply to the Business Owner: Thanks for your prompt reply. I do not have annything more to add to the comment I made above. Thank you.

Such a cool concept.... choose a shell and then open it up to reveal what pearl you got. I never knew there were so many different colours and variances of pearls. I enjoyed my chat with the sales girl and did not feel pressurised to purchase anything.

Beautiful selection of pearls in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian. There have a really nice assortment of sterling, sterling and gold and gold mounts and offer you the opportunity to crack open your own oyster for a pearl. Cute concept, although I'd kind of prefer to just buy the jewelry. The sales person who was at the counter provided good service, assisting me quickly and showing me a few pieces, but I found the prices here to be a bit too high. I can generally find gorgeous pearls at much more reasonable prices from our local pearl purveyor, affectionately known as Pearl Lady. Fun to browse, but no bargains here.

Fresh shucked pearls from Hawaii. Nice jewelry. Pearls are weird, I don't want to shuck an oyster. It's alive, isn't it? I liked a gold bangle with pearl and diamond dust. It was flexible like a toy. Overpriced for the quality.

Really beautiful jewelry and great workers to help you, however, the $15 oyster opening to get your pearl is slightly misleading- the idea is that we get to open our own oyster to find the pearl but they open it for you which takes all the fun out of it...

Being a pearl collector. Pearl factory is usually the place I go to get my pearls due to the fun experience of being able to pick out your own oyster and such. While on a road trip from California to Utah, my best friend and I decided to stop in Vegas and we came across this pearl factory and I convinced her to get matching pearls. The gentleman that helped us out, Ahn (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was amazing! Extremely kind and patient with my indecisive self. Although, I do always look up pendants ahead of time so I can save both of us time. He pulled out the Leaf Pendant with Koa and Abalone inlay and I had to get it too. I've been looking for this pendant forever and it was always sold out everywhere and I got the last one here. I explained the pendants I wanted and he knew exactly the ones I was looking for. Also, I was explaining to him that I've been looking for a perfect chain bracelet to hold all my pearls without them clumping up together and he gave me multiple options to help with my situation then he pulled out an anklet, which worked perfectly! He even cut the chain to fit my small wrist. Overall, I'm glad we stopped by and Ahn approached us to help! The experience was absolutely amazing. Planning a Vegas trip next month and already plan to visit this location and Ahn again to purchase more pearls! Thank you Ahn for your help and kind customer service. It was the best service I've ever received at a pearl factory shop and it made my best friend's first time experience amazing too!

I love pearls (I have a double stranded pearl necklace that I wear on a regular basis), so when my soon-to-be-husband and I were walking through The Venetian couple of days before our wedding and I spotted Pearl Factory, of course I had to take a look. There were so many pieces that I absolutely loved, and within minutes I spotted a couple of rings that would have been perfect as a wedding ring (I could not find any pearl rings that I liked in Vancouver -- they were all ugly or too clunky). Even though I already had a wedding ring that I loved, I was so tempted to buy a ring, but my credit card and bank account told me no. So being the financially responsible and debt-free person that I am, I resisted, and strongly hinted that this would be a great one year wedding anniversary present. A couple of days after the wedding, my mom, a friend, and I were looking at shops in The Venetian, and we all gravitated towards Pearl Factory. I tried on one of the rings I had liked -- a delicate ring with one white pearl and one blue pearl -- and immediately all three of us were like, "THAT IS THE RING." The ring was the most perfect ring I had ever seen, just the kind of ring I had been looking for in Vancouver. How I wanted the ring, but alas, I just couldn't afford it, even though the price wasn't outrageous (my credit card is not happy with all the wedding-related purchases I have made!). However, it was just so perfect and meant for me, that my mom helped me out. (Both my mom and friend made some purchases as well). I love my ring so much, as well as my necklace which also happens to have been purchased at the Pearl Factory Orlando location. If I ever see another Pearl Factory, I will definitely buy more jewelry. I'm not even a jewelry person, but pearls are totally my thing, and the jewelry at Pearl Factory is my style. Great place to have some fun. My daughter loved getting her pearl. They like to upsell upsell UPSELL. We all know that is the nature of the beast. But so much fun nonetheless......

My husband always buys me a piece of jewelry when on vacation, well never again, stick with your home town jewelers. We purchased a Red Spiny Oyster ring set in 14 K gold on 10/27/15. Less than two years later a segment of the spiny oyster shell fell out, I notified them in writing asking for the procedure for repair on their "lifetime guarantee" , since we were planning on returning to Las Vegas in less than 6 months, I choose to return the ring in person. I was told they would need to send it to Hawaii. To make a long story short, there is no warranty, they said the warranty was for "normal wear and tear". Not sure how wearing a ring "on occasion" for less than 2 years would not be normal wear and tear. Anyway, they offered to repair the ring for nearly $300, I explained to them to return the ring to me and I will have it repaired at a reputable jeweler. Buyer beware. 10/4/18 - Pearl Factory has replied they offered to discount the repair, yes, they dropped the price approximately $30 for the repair which still put the repair well over $200 which made no sense since they offered a "lifetime warranty", again for normal wear and tear, which after a few wearings I would think would fall under normal wear and tear. As I stated, I will only deal with "hometown" jewelers now both for purchases and repairs. This has taught me a valuable lesson.
