This was my first time at this office and I have to say my experience from the time I walked in until I left was so pleasant. I was greeted by a gentleman when I walked in, I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk and checked in. I may have been seated for maybe 2 mins before they called me back, the young lady that did all the test to check my eyes was professional and sweet. Dr. Bertemati was so nice, pleasant, professional, patient and informative she was a gem ?. The young lady that helped me with checking to see what my insurance covered and picking out the right frames for my glasses was just a pure sweetheart and very patient with me. I truly have not one bad thing to say, they were all professional and excellent at their jobs. I can’t wait to go pick up my new glasses ?. Definitely recommend the Tropicana office ?. The location isn’t close to me but I definitely don’t mind taking the drive for the service they give.

I just had an extensive exam by the great Dr Richard Katz at Pearle Vision Trop. Very thorough. I have had eye exams where the doctor was a cold clam. Not here! Great staff from reception to frame specialist. Convenient location+parking.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Amber was my helper in picking out glasses, she was a sweetheart! They have a pretty good eye glass selection but not great. I found what I needed. ?

Ive been to other pearle vision but this location is truly the best one everyone is so polite the customer service is excellent. Even doe its far from my house the drive is truly worth it.cant say enough the service provided was just amazing ..
