The staff at Pearl Vision are similar to shady, used car salesmen. It's obvious that the doctors are just a front to get you in the door. Once you're in, they try to up-charge you for tests (with no info on what the tests are or why you might need them). From there, they try to FORCE you to buy as many pairs of glasses as possible and get visibly annoyed when you don't buy more than one pair. Even worse, there is no transparency on the pricing. It's ridiculous how it's their "normal" process to jot notes all over the place and scribble costs down on paper. The pricing seems 100% made up.

Glen was an awesome employee and he really takes the time to hear the customers concerns. Usually my Daughter helps me choose my glasses but she has recently passed . Glen helped just as if she were picking the glasses.I appreciate him. You have a keeper for sure.

Glen & Jessica were super helpful , I live right around the corner and my glasses were in pretty bad shape . Glen was very attentive in bringing my glasses back to life. I sincerely appreciate these wonderful people taking the time out to help me in my time of need. It’s the little things that count to make it all major . They immediately made me feel right at home. Thank all of you & God bless you .

DO NOT GET THE PROTECTION PLAN! It’s a scam.In June we stopped by for 2nd annual visit for the whole family. When we were purchasing our sons new glasses and frame they mentioned that purchasing the protection plan is a great deal for kids do have accidents. While selling us the plan they mentioned that the protection plan covers one replacement for the glasses and it is a great investment for the price. However they didn’t mention or provided us with the terms or policy until my son broke his glasses 4 months after. We came in and they informs us that we needed to pay for our both our frame and lenses as they discontinued the frame we purchased.First of all, when we brought this up to the staff his attitude and demeanor was poor. He didn’t try to investigate or assist he just struggled off our concerned and said I don’t know what happened four months ago, it’s not my problem.

Wonderful Staff! My 9 year old had a million questions and the staff was so kind to answer all his curious questions. They were patient, told him what to expect, and giggled along with him. Wonderful experience!

I must say, in a world with ZERO customer service anymore, every person at this location was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Positive and proactive. Great job!

It is very pleasent to visit a place where one encounters a kind employee; It fills my soul with hope. I had the opportunity to go to Pearle Vision. I was having a bad day, but a sweet girl with a big smile named Kristina was very attentive to me. Her kindness and great service really brightened my day. Thank you so much Kristina

A friendly staff (which is what this office employs) only goes so far when the accuracy of an exam and speed of processing orders comes into question.Pros:- This office has a friendly staff, they appear to be very professional and will be patient with answering questions they've likely heard asked to them a million times over.Cons:- For an office with some high-tech equipment that seems to be pretty top of the line stuff, the results of my exam do not appear to be accurate. Since receiving my prescription for both contacts and eye glasses nothings feels normal. While yes, my vision is slightly clearer than before - it doesn't feel right. Normally there is an adjustment period of a couple days (an expected result of a new prescription) but its been 5 days now and nothing has adjusted.- To make matters worse, when I quickly provided this initial feedback to the staff after wearing them for 24hrs they scheduled another exam for me but many multiple days down the line due to doctor unavailability. Which has since left me with no other alternative but to keep sticking with my current prescription that (as mentioned earlier) I am not adjusting too.- The Eyeglass orders that I made have processed terribly slow compared to the rate of speed I was told by office staff. I was told 5 - 7 business days - after asking for a status update they now tell me it will be at least 2-weeks with no provided reason as to why the time had increased.- Only one pair of glasses (of the three that I had ordered) came in at a timely manner - however the prescription feels way too warped (like a fish bowl) which is something I was concerned about when I first ordered the glasses, which I had communicated at the time and was told that it would be corrected. (It was not.) I had then told the staff that the fish bowl effect was still there, and they told me to give it a full-time 2weeks to adjust to the new lenses. Finally, I am surely not an eye doctor myself and I'd like to believe that these people do their best to make things work out for their patients... Nevertheless, when these issues present themselves as a first time experience - everything comes into question; from their professionalism to their integrity. I make this comment only because the office seems to prefer and encourage a specific brand of contact lens. The prescription I was given changed only the brand I was allowed to buy from. Everything else could be matched by any other brand, besides the DIA and BC (which is one of the sole factors that determines the lens brand). And when visiting to pick up my first pair of glasses - I noticed that the brand that I am forced to switch to also happens to be the one that is advertised within the office. Now it should be stated that I said I was willing to try a new brand - but it doesn't work and there are no reasonable alternatives to the prescription that I was provided. And given that my next eye appointment is further down the line, I am simply forced to wait for new results.Summary / TLDR : Overall, the office's friendly and professional staff is overshadowed by issues related to accuracy, delays, and unaddressed concerns regarding the prescriptions and eyeglass orders, making the customer/patient experience less than satisfactory.Editors Note: I will be seeing this office again in the next couple of days to address these issues. Depending on the results, I will update this review accordingly.

I wasn’t in the market for new glasses but I took a side-hustle job that required a DoT physical. I needed an eye exam & my regular eye doctor was booked for weeks. These guys assured me they could perform the needed exam for me so I visited & paid for the exam. They also offered me a deal if I purchased multiple pairs of glasses. Even with the deal, it wasn’t cheap but I opted to do it so I’d have some spare pairs. The first lie was that they were qualified & able to perform the DoT exam. I submitted the exam & was told by my employer that it was not the required exam. When I called them to inquire about it, they admitted that they weren’t really qualified to do what had been required & told me I’d have to pay for another doctor. No offer to refund my exam cost. I was VERY angry but had to address the job requirement. I filed it in the “to deal with later” section of my to-do list. Shortly after that, I encountered a serious issue. My glasses weren’t properly fitted to my head when I received them. I bent over to pick up something & they fell off onto the pavement. The drop was probably only around two feet since I was bending over but I picked them up & there was not one scratch/ding, there were 6. I was frustrated but I had paid for the scratch-proof coating & had asked one of the workers if that coating came with a warranty if it failed. I was assured that it did. This made sense since I SPECIFICALLY paid for this protective measure & by any reasonable definition, 6 scratches/dings from a two foot drop would constitute catastrophic failure. I had scratched a lens on a pair of the same brand of frames purchased from my regular doctor & they had replaced it free of charge several years earlier & I’d paid for the anti-scratch coating on those as well. When I called, they looked me up & noted that I’d declined the additional warranty. This is true but after asking about the scratch warranty, I assumed this was for other things. I also believed this because of the issue with the lens scratch several years earlier where the lenses were replaced. I’ve never broken a pair of glasses in my life. I still own two pairs of sunglasses I’ve owned since high school & I have grandkids now so whatever this warranty was for, I didn’t believe I needed it. The employee told me that the warranty I declined was for the lenses. When I mentioned that I had asked about the lens warranty specifically in regard to the anti-scratch coating, her tone & questions clearly indicated that she didn’t believe me. She demanded to know who’d said this since she was the main person I’d dealt with. I told her that I had not written down anyone’s names but I had spoken to every employee working that day during my visit. She advised me that the best she could do was offer me a 20% discount to replace the lenses. That only brought the cost down to around $340, which is still a lot of money for just lenses. I was not happy. She then stated that I’d gotten a very good deal on the glasses. I asked her if she was saying that I didn’t deserve help because I’d gotten a good deal. To be clear, I paid over $700 for the glasses & this is a brand also carried at Costco & Sam’s Club. She backed off of that direction pretty quickly when I asked that question & said the best she could do was ask her manager if she could offer 40%. I told her she should discuss the entire situation with her manager & then they should make it right. She said she’d have the manager call me in a couple of days. To be clear, if I’m offered anything less than no charge to replace the lenses, I will seek legal action. I was already planning to report them to the applicable state agency if they didn’t offer to refund my exam charge after the DoT fiasco. These guys are part of a large chain and owned by a prominent corporate entity whereas, my regular doc is an independent who has integrity. DO NOT utilize this business. They are dishonest & think they’re untouchable. I get hung up on principle & I can assure them I wo
