TAMARA WAS AWSOME! She helped me out with everything from picking my glasses and taking the time to find a ton of savings. Dr.Wells did a great job along with Tech Tara. I will be coming back for my glasses and service in the future.

I love ? going to the Pearle Vision location on Maryland Parkway. The staff in there are amazing and courteous, helpful. I moved away from that area and still go there. I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Friday. That was amazing. I recommend this location.

I was very impressed with Dr. Wright and with her assistant, Tara. The entire staff was very kind and very helpful. I also appreciate being seen, by Dr Wright even though I had come on the wrong day! :) I am looking forward to getting my new glasses and my new contact prescription. My 8 year old had a great experience here! They took their time to make sure she got the correct prescription glasses, and gave her stickers for being so brave and facing her “100th fear” (eye drops ?). and when it came time to pay, they were so helpful and understanding, so we were able to leave paying a very low price. i def recommend

It was for my 11-year-old daughter. I made sure she got her anti-reflective coating on her glasses cause she didn't want transitions again. I just don't get why I have to pay $20 for polycarbonate lenses when most places get that to kids 13 and under for free. But this place does not. So I had to pay with insurance the anti-reflective coding plus of polycarbonate copay and to me that should be free for kids from a certain age but the price wasn't that bad. It was below 70 bucks with frames and the anti-reflective coating. Still can't believe I had to pay for the polycarbonate lenses for a child

Pearle Vision made a great first impression after switching my son to a new office for his eye-wear needs. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making your experience as easy as possible. Would highly recommend and will be a returning customer.

Dr Tascha Wells was great. Very thorough and explained when she explained my test results. The front desk was nice and greeted me when I entered. The staff that assists with glasses wasn't that great. Must have been a bad day for her. Seemed more interested in me getting out of there. Picking a pair of glasses is important to me, and it's not a cheap decision to make so needed opinions. She was inpatient and not helpful at all.

The woman that conducted my daughter’s eye exam. I understand she’s not and OD yet. Her last name is Leoung pardon any misspellings. She is not personable nor attentive. My daughter is 17 but still a child. The woman not once said hello to me nor any other word. she didn’t not convey any information about my daughter to me. The entire time she directed herself to my daughter and never to me. Allow me to remind her although 17 my daughter is still a minor and after the exam and throughout the visit the parents should be included in the conversation, after all…we pay the bill and make the appointments. Your staff owes us customer service. She is extremely rude and snotty. On one occasion I reminded my daughter she could rest her eyes in between the exam, so that she wouldn’t feel pressured to rush through her answers and so they were more accurate. She cut me off very abruptly with a tine of annoyance and rudely basically insinuated to me to not interfere. Told me “I am trying to balance her eyes” So so rude. Not an asset to your establishment. Zero warmth, zero connection, zero conversation. I Chose this location because Tasha Wells treated me amazingly when I came in for my exam in July. I was blown away by her service, kindness and personality …she is-enthusiastic and so caring. She talks and make you feel comfortable and at ease…..not the case this time around. Customer Service is utilized in every profession and Miss Leoung has no understanding of that. She is no good for your practice. The rest of your staff-Very kind and professional-great customer service!!PS-That transaction fee- I’ve never seen an eye care establishment do this…Do better.

Too expensive was told needed to have this exam done and disnt tell me I had a choice to have done ended up paying more than expected so upset and disappointed in pearl vision

Charged a $6.95 transaction fee yet never mentioned it till after the transaction and I questioned it , nor did the salesperson even mention it till after the transactionI cancelled the transaction and they said they could not refund the $6.95I think it's unethical to not disclose the fee before moving forward with the saleWILL NEVER GO TO PEARL VISION AGAIN!!Will report to someone or perhaps a class action law suit !
