Ben is the rudest employee of a company I’ve ever met. Misquoted a price to me and then when I brought it to his attention he said “too bad”. Told me to call corporate because they wouldn’t care and neither would his manager Jamie. And they didn’t. Reached out to corporate several times and they gave me the runaround. They said Jamie would call me to talk about it and he never did. What an awful store. Go anywhere else but here. Unprofessional and a total ripoff!

-before rotation i asked the store manager Ben to have the best tires put up front. He said “we rotate back to front unless a customer asks for a cross rotation or something else” I asked again for the best tires to be up front. He said he would be back, Ben went to the bay and came back 10mins later. I asked if the best tires were put up front? He came back and said nothing to me.
-It was time for me to cash out and my tire repair should be free because of road hazard warranty. The advisor gave me a price. I told him about my warranty. Pulling up the warranty took almost 10 mins and I offered to provide him the warranty information I have and 2x in which he declined.
-while I was waiting I told Ben the store manager said that the tech marked my battery health as fine but didn’t check it. Ben said “he (the tech) checked the battery after he closed out my inspection form” I asked why would that be allowed? He should check the items and then close out the form? I told him again that the tech never checked my battery. Ben said “oh, but I have a video that he rotated your tires” I asked if the best were up front (this is now the 3rd time I nicely asked) Ben said “he rotated back to front and they were already out on the car when I got back there. Plus he’d have to check the tire tread and “all that” to figure out which ones are best to go up front.” I said “you were in the back though” he said he went to the bay to tell the tech Tristen to make sure he resets the electronic warning message so I don’t receive a low tire pressure on the front tire now. So what he’s telling me is that the tires that are marked 7/32 for all four is a lie because the tech never checked my tire tread and the manager lied about having a video OR he doesn’t care about actually honoring a customers simple request. Either way it doesn’t look good for the store.
-An older male advisor said he would check the battery health since the tech didn’t do it. The advisor came back 5 mins later and said the battery would have to be pulled to check the health because he couldn’t get to the posts. This is another lie because I know maybe 4 things about cars and I easily checked my battery health about a year ago before I jumped it.
I never got an answer about the alignment check I requested be done while making the appt.
This has to be the worst store in the valley because they appear to allow the minimum to be done and I pray they don’t hurt someone by not repairing a car properly.
I have zero faith that the patch was even completed properly.

Ben was amazing! He changed out my headlight in record time! The whole process from me calling to see if they could, getting there, getting it done and leaving was maybe 20 minutes. 100/10 service!!

**BEWARE**
I've been a loyal customer for almost 10 years and they have lost my business. I needed my brakes and rotars changed and some other 165k services on a 06 CHEVY COLORADO. I was quoted 670 and 3 days later my total was almost 1200 because they said they had to remove my axle to change a rotar. I still have yet to find a video that requires this. Not only did they charge me almost $1200, they left my car a complete mess and had close to bo professionalism what taking care of my vehicle. Just scammy trash service.

Don't come over here for the Lyft inspection. Limited schedule, ONLY 4PM TO 5PM and not even like that wanted to assist you, avoidance attitude, and the last excuse was the printer got broken...they are not Pep Boys, they are Lethargic Boys 🍁🚬

Absolute worst shop! Had an issue with our SUV so we brought it into this shop. We were traveling through on our way back to Arizona and we really didn’t have a choice to take it anywhere else. Big, big regret. They quoted me one price and then when I went to pay it was almost twice as much as they quoted me. The manager Ben was a complete jerk and would not even listen to my concerns and told me next time I should go to Walmart. I told him I was going to call Pep Boys corporate and he said “go ahead, they won’t do anything”. I thought that was crazy. But he was absolutely right. I’ve called Pep Boys corporate three different times and the district manager Jamie was supposed to call me back three different times and never did. They don’t care about their customers at all. This shop mis quotes you on price and makes you pay twice as much as anywhere else and treats their customers like complete garbage both at the store and at the corporate level. Do not do business with this shop

The Master Technician, Gabe, was amazing to me. Instead of going the most expensive route, he looked for alternative solutions that ended up costing less to repair.
