Never thought I would write a review for a pep boys but here I am. Was in a bind as our work van kept getting an "add air" alert as we just drove it here from LA and it was fine. Randomly called and they said I can come in. I felt really taken care of by Josh and the man takes pride in his work. He could have just put air in and called it a day but after I explained the situation he took the time to really make sure the tire was fixed. I was feeling anxious as I was already late but figured that if a man is fixing a tire for a 300 mile drive I better not say anything. After an hour he showed me the work and I asked if I needed to replace the tire in LA and he said he doesn't like temporary solutions as he made it a permanent fix. As a testament to his work, the drive to LA was extremely smooth as my fears of having a tire blown out in the middle of the desert never came to fruition. Really appreciate the work from Josh as well as the customer service from Lucas. If you are unsure why your tire keeps losing air, this is the place to go as the staff here takes pride in their work. 5/5

Amazing customer service, techs are intelligent, honest and have common sense. They took the time to show me what the actual problem was, and repaired it promptly. \_/*\_/ Cheers!

I came here in the beginning on Jan to replace my calipers.— my breaks and rotors were changed out 36 hours prior to dropping my car in this shop.A few weeks go by. And I have to put my car back in the shop— they confirm that I have faulty calipers.I DROVE back across the country after speaking to STORE MANAGER LUCAS. And he said he get us right.We get to the shop and the employees “conduct a break inspection” and state our calipers are fine & the back passenger break pad was never changed. We have them change it.Within the same day BOTY BACK ROTORS go bad due to the faulty calipers THAT ARE STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND WERE NEVER CHANGED DUE TO THIS LOCATION claiming our calipers are fine.I call them and tell them to get me in touch with the store manager “you can sit on the phone all night until we open if you want”Firstly who says that to a customer?Our rotors were fine prior to coming back to this pep boys. But the rotors literally malfunctioned after they gave us our car back the same day.We tell them to fix it and the manager on duty BODIN OR whatever his name is literally tells us “no it’s not our problem”?!!!!??WHAT. YOURE AN AUTO SHOP.I have been begging and pleading with themTo put us in touch with the storeManager and he refuses.1. You just did a break inspection and did not inform us of faulty rotors. Which they shouldn’t be faulty bc we’ve had them changed in the last month2. I don’t know if he’s the customer service department manager but he can’t speak to people by any means.3. He consistently refused to even put us in touch with the store manager.And all of this started due to faulty calipers; “which were fine”But all of this is a chain reaction.LUCAS PLEASE CONTACT US. Deja Mason— Melicia AveryDO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Unless LUCAS is present.

I always have a great experience when coming to this Pep Boys location. Lucas was very kind and helpful at the front desk. He didn't try to upsell me with unnecessary items or services. Josh, my mechanic, worked quickly and efficiently on getting me out in a timely manner. They were backed up on customers but I was in and out within and hour and a half. Thank you guys for your honest and quick work! I will definitely be back again!

I took my daughter’s car to be looked at and had the pleasure of working with Lucas. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with me and my questions. His team of technicians were able to figure out the problems, found a nail in one of the tires and gave me a quote. I’ll be going back to see Lucas very soon. Thank you Lucas for a job well done.
