I ended up not buying shoes here because of the short return policy. I do like how you can run in them and still return for store credit or exchange. I ended up getting the same shoes elsewhere for the same price but all one color and a 30 day return policy. They have better options than the red rock here and the guy didn't make it too hard to return them despite some difficultly with receiving a refund with Apple Pay which is how I paid. I would buy the other shoes here I just wish they had a treadmill like the other running stores.

I've not bought shoes here.. but I was rear-ended in the turn lane on Sahara and while waiting nearly an hour for police I REALLY had to pee. The young people- I didn't get their names! They were working around 1pm on a Saturday. I'm so sorry.- that were working were nice enough to let me come in and use their bathroom so I didn't have to walk too far from my car. I'm grateful. Thank you for being kind!!

Amazing service. Bought shoes for crosstrainig. They fit great, but after they settled, they were too wide. I took them in a week later and got a second fitting. New pairs are perfect. The customer service is unparalleled. Thank you.

Great shoe store that takes the time to get to know what type of shoe you need. Stopped in about 30 mins before closing and they had no problem helping me. I was a little bit undecided so thought it over and came back the next day. Their customer service is great and you can tell they truly care. If ever I'm in Vegas again and need some running shoes I would def come here again. I got the Hoka Clifton 9.

I have been shopping here for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they have anything you want we=hen it comes to walking or running. I highly recommend!

Amy Ferguson from performance footwear is one of the best. She understood my foot pain and custom fit the perfect shoes for me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in foot pain, and stand long hours on concrete. Now I feel with my new shoes. Clouds and that is fantastic. Thank you Amy for all your help. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional customer service! I was treated very well. They measured my feet to find my the best possible fit for maximum comfortability. I found a good match and am beyond satisfied with my purchase experience. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me but I cant thank him enough for his help.

Visiting vegas from tampa, feet were killing me, found this store on internet, it was a long drive to get here from Caesars palace. It’s in a small strip Center,Omg this salesman here is the best ever, told him what I wanted, brought 3 pairs of shoes out, I bought 2, these shoes feel so good. It’s so refreshing to encounter sales people that are actually competent and care about what they do. Great job. If you need shoes, this is place to go!!!!

Huge shout out to both Amy and Virgil who helped my wife and I at the store today! My wife and I are not very knowledgeable on running shoes but the two folks at the store provided outstanding service and honest opinions, which were very much appreciated!They didn't try to sell us any extra inserts/laces/fluff and actually advised us against it. Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for new running/walking shoes!

I went here looking for “old lady” Velcro style high arch sore heel and ankle type of shoes and Sara was patient and informative and totally help! I’m so happy I read the reviews cuz she is amazing!

Old school shoe store. You are waited on by a knowledge woman. She measured my feet. Listened to my wants. I explained my foot problem, she brought out many different brands and styles. She sat in front of me, used a shoe horn to slip on the shoe. She laced and tied both shoes for me. She was patient and very helpful. Service like you used to get at a shoe store. I am so happy with my new shoes. I bought running shoes, Brooks. Not a runner. The personal service was exceptional!!! I recommend you go here for shoes.
