Please do not go near this shop. Extremely pressurising sales methods even when you make it very clear you do not want or need their products. They tell you something is worth $3,000 and "discount" it to $500 for you. These items sell new online for $15. If anyone has contact details for this shop, please let me know.

Everything is fake. I’ve been calling for a refund and they don’t pick up the phone. This place needs to be shut down.

If you walk past this shop in Treasure Island Casino and they offer you samples, Say no thanks and keep walking. Dont make eye contact with them or they will suck you into their shop. Once in you wont be able to leave until you've purchased something.

This "perfume shop" is nothing but a predatory scam. It's honestly no better than all the other Vegas scams you always hear about, like the pushy photo opp showgirls and the people "giving out" "free," (not free) zen bracelets. Except these ladies will try and take so much more than any sidewalk showgirl ever would have...and they're legitimized by a major Vegas hotel. Trust me, stay far away! They front as a perfume shop, but the few perfumes they actually have are mostly just window dressing. The main thing they sell is ridiculously overpriced collagen skin products that are pushed in the manner of an aggressive time share salesman. IE: manipulative sales tactics and false promises. The other day I was at Treasure Island and was stopped by a lady (in front of Perfume Eleven) offering me a "free sample." She handed me a little bag with a few sample packets in it and insisted I come inside to get a sample of their eye cream. I agreed thinking I'd just be handed another packet. Instead I was all but shoved into a chair and handed off to an extremely pushy sales girl.I was given a bunch of lines about them having a one day special (which they probably tell everyone, every day). The sales girl offered to sell me the eye cream and a moisturizing body cream for $200 (as part of their supposedly one day promotion). At first I wanted to take her up on it, because I know enough about the high end collagen products to know the offer was fairly decent. However, she soon made it clear she wasn't about to actually let me have the deal, it was just her way of gauging if I was actually interested in purchasing the products. The second I said I wanted the deal she had offered, she immediately tried to add on another $200 worth the products. I insisted I only wanted the eye cream and moisturizer for $200 and she seemed to accept it.However, at the register she suddenly became snippy and rude. She abruptly demanded "show me your credit card" in a very snide tone, and against my better judgement, I handed my card over - thinking she'd go ahead and ring me up. Instead she just stood there, holding my card, and proceeded to try and shame me into buying the extra products she'd just tried to push on me.When I again insisted I was only interested in the deal she'd offered, she tried to financially shame me and asked "Is this a money issue? Is this what this is?" I was shocked. Never before has a sales girl insinuated I must be poor for not wanting to buy every single product she tried to push my way.FYI, I'm not at all financially struggling, but I wasn't about to walk out of there with a $500+ impulse purchase, especially when I've never used the products before and have no clue how my skin will handle it. At first I tried to explain that I was just being cautious because I'd never used the product before, then suddenly realized it was all just too shady. I don't owe the sales girl an explanation for what I do and do not want to buy. My finances are none of her business. She's there to sell me the products she agreed to sell me, period. So, I told her "You know what, nevermind. Give me my card back." She just stood there, clutching my card, smirking at me! I actually had to lean over the counter and pull my card out of her hand, while she gripped it and tried to resist! Never in my life have I experienced something like that from a sales person! Luckily I was able to pull my card free and get the heck out of there, but the whole experience was really upsetting. Also, during her sales pitch, she claimed the collagen eye cream she was selling sells everywhere else for $1,200 and that they're the only shop that sells it at a discounted rate. I looked up the product afterwards, out of morbid curiosity. Turns out, you can get it for $300 on Amazon, which is nowhere near $1,200.So, do yourself a favor - if you're at Treasure Island and are passing by this so-called perfume shop, do not accept any samples. We stayed at treasure island hotel in Las Vegas for a week about a week ago. The very first day we got there, while passing by Perfume Eleven the saleswoman (Natasha) at the front door was handing out samples. After taking one and trying to go on our way to the closing car rental dealership as we needed to rent the car; Natasha continued to insist that we come in and said it will take only 2 minutes to show you this amazing product , you will not be disappointed etc.So we reluctantly went in and that 2 minutes turned into an hour. And I was literally compelled into buying the product just so I could leave the store and get to the car rental dealership on time - which I didn't. However, I was reassured that I can return the products if not happy and we have nothing to lose.As we were also pressed with time and salesgirl (Gabby) and manager Judy seemed trustworthy, we purchased the items and before doing so asked again "if we have any problems or reaction with product we can return it right?" At that point they even asked us how long are we staying at the hotel? And we told them 5 more days. And they said so you have time to try it and you can return if unhappy.Well, unfortunately I had a dermatologic reaction from the product (redness, rash and itching) and brought it back to the Perfume Eleven in TI. I did not even bother opening other products that I had purchased. That's when we discovered it was all a SCAM. They will NOT take products back even if unopened and asked us to call customer service number if we want to tell them what happened. So we called multiple times to the customer service phone number. First of all, we tried during business hours but every time it went to voicemail. Then we we tried to leave a voicemail, the voicemail was full every single time. Hopefully full of messages from angry customers telling them what a scam they are.I showed them the reaction but it was all in vain. Gabby and the manager Judy, who seemed very nice the day they sold the product, had nothing to say to us except robotically repeating that they cannot do anything. They repeated that they are not allowed to take returns, and that we could call the customer service number if we needed anything. This is not what they told us when we asked before purchasing the items - obviously, we were told the contrary as stated earlier. Then we tried to return the day after, as we saw new some new and some old faces. The new faces told us they can't accept returns and gave us that whole speech but had the audacity to try and sell us new products. But the old faces, who were busy scamming other customers, avoided even talking to us.PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ONLINE OR THE STORE itself. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.They have situated most of THEIR STORES WELL IN TOURIST LOCATIONS WHERE PEOPLE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN as they are not able to bring it back and even if they could bring it back, the stores will not accept it back.THIS BUISNESS SHOULD NOT EXIST. AND IF MORE PEOPLE COMPLAIN TO BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU , WE CAN SAVE OTHER PEOPLE FROM BEING SCAMMED. I hope this one review can save someone else from being scammed. Moreover, if you have been scammed consider taking it up with your credit card company to fight those charges. This company's foundation is a LIE AND A SCAM.Between the products having the ability to give allergic reactions and the lies and fake advertising promises by the store itself, IT SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. Do not buy anything from here. Do not take their samples. Just walk away.SCAMMED UNHAPPY CUSTOMER . ?

This store just pressures you to buy products that don't work for a "discount". Told them I'm not interested and still pushes. $50 for a drop of exfoliating cream is outrageous. And they don't allow refunds.

Very pushy and rude. I agreed to buy product to get out of there but then kept trying to push more on me. Told me the products were $150 but they charged my card $200. Now I can't even return anything.

Very pushy does not take no for an awnser. I work customer service and the salesman was very rude to me. He had the nerve to ask me if I took a shower! Pardon me! When I did not want the over priced product he threw it on the table. Unprofessional. I was a paying guest at this hotel by the way.
