Don't purchase from them!!!!! They will scam you. They take your credit card info and run it for more than you authorize. They turn in paperwork to your credit card company to make it look like you authorized it and the credit card company gives them the money because of there documentation. It's stealing and a scam just like them. Fabio is the man's name and talks you into product and tells you your worth it. I doubt that's his name. It's fake like the rest of them and the are a foreign entity. Its credit card scam. I gave them 1 star. Because I had too. They deserve 0. They are inside the paris casino I hope the casino knows what they are supporting. I will never stay there again.

I bought an injectable instant wrinkle cream at the Paris Hotel location, Las Vegas, on December 16, 2022. When I arrived home a day later I noticed that the injector was empty. Tried numerous times to contact Parfume de Paris location by email and phone to request a refund but received no response.

Stay away!! Total scam. Get you inside then give you all kind of compliments to get to purchase. Talked me into buying a hand held device for my face for $1500. When I got it home, it would not charge! They replaced it with a unopened box product and same thing, would not charge. Then sent me a 3rd device of a different brand. This was different that what I purchased and asked for my money back. Back and forth with the Credit Card company for 5 months. FINALLY, credit card company has refunded my money. Total scam and I should have read about it before buying. Would have seen other people had same complaints. Cant believe the Paris Hotel has such a business in their hotel!

Worst experience I have ever had in a retail establishment. I had just arrived to Paris Hotel and it was a horrible beginning to my Vegas trip. PUSHY woman lured me to take samples. She seemed fun and friendly, but then she said there was something inside and sent me to some guy that said his name was Joseph. I said I didn't want to come in, but it was so awkward and they insisted. He then had me trying an eye creme and became rude and condescending when I said I didn't see any difference. He acted as if I was crazy and then tried to sell it to me and when I refused, he started to act very sad like a toddler. Then when I refused again, he turned his back on me and said something rude under his breath. The entire conversation was condescending in the way he asked what I do for my dark spots, etc. Such a HORRIBLE experience. I have never left a 1-star review for any business. This was just the worst place. BEWARE!

Very aggressive sales tactics. I couldn't leave fast enough. They reminded me of time share sales sharks.

Shady business practices, pressure into paying hundreds. Didn't even go in but could just tell that's what they do. If like another place that did this, you can get their product at a 4th of the price ATLEAST online of same brand.

These people are horrible! They have insulted my mom BOTH in West Yellowstone and Vegas now at the Paris Hotel... she told them off for being so rude- telling her she had sun damage, baggy eyes, lines etc. and they continued to try to get her t try their eye cream! They just want you to buy their scammy products but insulting people is NOT the way to do that. {they did give her a free face wash but honestly after being so rude it was not enough to get a better review}

Stay away ! High pressure sales of crap products. They scan the crowd for women to put their cream on. It does not work. Their fake and non stop compliments and then tell you how your skin will improve with their overpriced skin care products. It's a sure sign when their sign at the register says NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES.

Rude, aggressive, inconsiderate and deliberately insulting if you politely decline a free treatment. The worse customer service I've ever experienced.

Update: I am adding two stars because I went into the store and the guy in there actually was willing to return the infrared device even though the receipt said no returns. He also offered that if I still wanted the device he would let me refund an earlier purchase of three facial products for $270 but without making me return any the products, even offering a nice Vitamin C cream as an additional perk/bribe. So in the end I got four facial products and the infrared device for $600 plus shipping. Still more money than I ever wanted to spend on my face but I feel less upset than I did when the total was $900. Also, their customer service line did call me back ... repeatedly. I have now received the device and after just the second treatment I have to say it really does seem to be making a rapid difference with my wrinkles and scarring. It also helped my achy knees and my husband's ankle-- and I'm using it to speed up the healing of a few little cuts I have. The other products also seem to be quite nice too, though I agree there is a pretty small amount of product given the price point. I ended up with the anti-wrinkle "syringe", the peel-off mask, the lifting cream, and the vitamin c cream. The only one I probably won't use is the lifting hydration cream since the perfume is quite strong for me and it's a thicker lotion than I like to put on my face. (I'm prone to acne). But the other products are quite nice and I'll be using them for sure. I still disagree with their sales tactics and don't trust a word their sales people say. But if you're feeling ripped off, the company does seem to care about their customers being happy, so call them, or better yet, go back to the store.

My mom, and I recently stayed at Paris Las Vegas. The first day we passed Perfume De Paris a sales person came out of store and tried to sell to us we said no thank you. The second day at around 9pm I was walking my mom back to our room holding her up because she was having trouble breathing and a man sales rep again came out of store and age I we said no thank you. He yelled at me and said he was talking to my mom. I again said no thank you. He kept pushing. I asked his name he refused, I said don't mess with me he said oh I'm so scared there's nothing you can do to me. So after I got my mom to room i called a manager and told them. I was told they would call me back. The next night I went downstairs and talked to a manager who was nice and said they've had several complaints and have seen them in action. I was told again someone would call. The next day I did get a call not by Paris but by the Perfume manager who apologized and then tried to sell the product again. We never stepped foot in that store. I'm very disturbed by the way we were treated.
