This will be my last visit to this particular establishment. Took my cat in for a rabies vaccine and they took her in the back unlike last year. So I get charged 87 dollars for the Vet to feel my cat's stomach. That's all he did, or said he did because again, I have to take his word that she actually got the vaccine or even got her stomach felt up.I asked if he examined her teeth and he said no because she had a muzzle on. I was literally out of that place in 5 minutes and $134 lighter in the wallet. If you are not going to do a full and proper exam because you are afraid of the animal or for whatever other reason perhaps you should postpone the exam or not charge full price like you actually did what you're supposed to do.One reviewer described this place as efficient: I agree, they are so efficient that you feel they just want to get as much money from you for the least effort on their part as possible. Vegas is a big city and I'm sure there are other places to go who are not as mercenary.

Dr. Noworyta is probably the worst vet I have ever been to, and we have seen quite a few - she seems knowledgable, but her narcissism blinds her from making a sound diagnosis. First, she blamed me by saying in a snarky manner "thanks for telling me" about something that was clearly stated in my pet's medical records - which she obviously did not read. Then she made a huge diagnosis, despite not reading the records or reading into the history; then in order to back up her diagnosis, she had the assistant, merely do a Control F to find information that would back her diagnosis. Even when the records did not affirm her diagnosis she tried to spin the data to fit her diagnosis - even the assistant disagreed with Noworyta's assessment of the data, and even after telling her about baby girl's prior vets stating something completely different, two of which she has had a long history... she just kept insisting. Then when she asked me about certain observations that I had - when it was not in line with her diagnosis, she would rudely roll her eyes. Then she left the room, and did not come back and had her assistant end the visit stating Noworyta's findings. She is more concerned about appearing to be right than the welfare of your pet - it seems at some point she has lost any sort of compassion and forgets that pets are family members. If you have to go to this establishment, I would highly suggest going to another Doctor - one who actually cares. I have been going to VCA for quite a while and Doctor Parantala and Kucera were a lot better with both my girls... I should have gone back to them rather than just booking with first available. Dr. Noworyta, if you read this - DO BETTER, BE BETTER, have some compassion, and remember why you became a vet! I will NOT be going back to this establishment, as I want to go to a vet that hires Doctors that care about their patients rather than their ego, Doctors who have a heart.

I don't have a pet to take to the VCA on Warm Springs but what I do have is the utmost appreciation and thanks to give to the kind folks who work there. For over four months, they have allowed me to use their power outlet and water spout when closed. In this homeless world of cold gazes, immediate judgement and hostile everything, they have treated me with respect and offered a couple often overlooked luxuries that have made otherwise miserable nights manageable.Thank you, so, so, much for everything, I truly appreciate it.Now, BRING ALL YOUR PETS HERE!

I have 2 dogs, so I do not want any unexpected bills. We took our Chihuahua for 3 vaccines and it was $175! It's very overpriced. I called two weeks ago to bring in the same dog who was very sick and had some type of horrible infection in her mouth. All of their vets were on "vacation for 3 weeks" and none of the relief vets had appointments. They sent me to one of their other VCA offices who charged $1500 and still didn't know what was wrong. Vets in Vegas are one huge money grab. You can literally fly or drive your pet out of state for better care at a fraction of the price. We won't be back.

I didn't want to write this review because the people there were very nice and I'm sure did not mean to do harm, but here's what happened and you can make your own decisions for your pet.I brought my dog in to get routine vaccines and get an inflamed area checked out--he's a pretty anxious dog and although the assistant and my dog got along, my dog did not like the vet (he has adverse reactions at times to some people for no reason and can appear scary/threatening--he's a 50 pound rescue from the streets). The vet recommended anti-anxiety drugs that night and early morning so she could better examine him without risk to herself (very reasonable request imo).I follow her instructions and bring him back in the morning. He is dead weight in my lap the car ride over--meds definitely worked. He's still a little nervous entering the building, but once again is cool with everyone and just afraid of the vet, not her fault, except that there was no real effort to gain his trust or take a couple minutes; it felt like a rush to take him away and get this over with. They insist that taking him in the back is better because he may just be scared because he's protecting me, I say okay.Despite having him on meds, the vet still muzzled him, he panics (I assume), then poops and pees, somehow injures his mouth (it was dripping blood until we got home) and is unable to have the area I'm worried about checked. The reason I am writing this review is because it's over 12 hours later and as he's just coming out of the fog of his meds, I notice his one eye has no white and has bled all around the outsides. How does he have multiple injuries from less than 10 minutes, when he was medicated and lower energy as a result? I just feel so bad that I didn't insist on helping to hold him instead of letting him go alone. I don't think anyone I met there would try to hurt him intentionally...I am sure he appeared threatening and they were scared. I still think this was handled poorly and I feel really helpless that he's hurt and I didn't even know the extent of it until so much later.

Absolutely love them. Dr. Katrina & the entire staff are great. We never are worried that they won't treat our fur babies like their own. We've had anything from nail trims, regular check ups, to treatments. We would highly recommend VCA Warm Spring Animal Hospital. ?Thank you for all you do for our puppies,Peanut & Basil's momma

I did not know what to expect when I walked into the clinic . As a tourist in Las Vegas , I yelped a veterinarian after my doggie showed symptoms that concerned me. The woman at the reception was nice and very quickly led me into an examination room. Enters Tiffany , a nurse ; With a huge smile , great attitude , very knowledgeable , and warm . Tiffany calmed down my nerves immediately. Tess , my little one , loved her immediately. After her examination she went out and got Dr Michelle. The same interaction took place . A huge smile, warm personality , and friendly interaction. Michelle explains Tess's symptoms in a way that made sense and even gave me tips so I could enjoy my Las Vegas even more .What a wonderful experience that was. And did I mention the best part ? It was not an expensive experience!Coming from Marin County and expecting it to be a far more expensive visit ; I was definitely pleasantly surprised.Thank you for everything. For those who are looking for an amazing Veterinarian , look no further . Just call them and yes you will pay 85 dollars over the phone for a first time client as part of the assessment, visit , etc , So what? You would end up paying any way what does it matter when you are paying it ? Just go ! Trust me on that !

I can't say enough about how amazing this group of dedicated animal care professionals is. We originally use them starting in January 2023. We decided to board our 18 year old cat and they did an assessment, updated his vaccinations, and he fell in love with Dr. Katrina Kucera. The staff sent us pictures every day of our boy walk in the Halls and being his usual lovable self. Unfortunately we had to bring him back March 4th and found that he had a mass in his bladder. Several days later he he was lethargic and not eating. We tried to get in last minute but understandably they were booked. We went to VEC and they were such horrible rip off con artists trying to shake us down for $2500 we called back and begged. Erin, Vanessa, Roy, Jeanette. Clarissa, Jacqueline, and Jose were so kind and accommodating I literally broke down in tears. We get results back from his workup in the next day or so and the prognosis doesn't look good. But I am grateful that this team of caring people was by our side to give Tiberius the best care possible.

Well I won’t be going here they seem to be just a money grab. I have only been using VCA and I have pet insurance and the lady on the phones only worry was to Collect a deposit for the appointment cause I’m new to their VCA but she did state it’s only at their VCA lol good to know. I love VCA but won’t be using this one ever. Thanks for letting me know it’s only at your VCA and thankfully I read the reviews before n how unfriendly the staff is to the animals because you won’t be planting one hand on my baby!!!

Recommendation from the animal foundation, they have always been kind and patient with me, especially when answering my questions. VCA also have a stress free app that is very useful.
