Literally left the store gagging because of the smell. I'm still trying to keep my food down. All the reptiles have stuck shed. There are animals that are way too big, like full-grown ackie monitors put together in a 10 gallon tank when they should be in a 75 gallon minimum. Animals have MBD. I LEFT FEELING SICK. Not just because of the smell, but because of the way the animals are taken care of. There's a huge ball python in there that's trying to get shut off its face, and if they don't soak him or spray him he's probably going to end up losing one of his eyes or both.

SHAWN, I have known since he was quite young, ... I know that he is good, and amazing. He loves his work so much he started up his own LLC. I am a customer also, my snake loves his rats. My snake was a rescue and he's helped me with the right bedding and everything else I was to know and need.

I was shocked to see how dirty, dark, and cluttered it was. Though the salesperson was very nice. I just felt sorry for the animals there. It made me wonder how healthy the poor animals could be in those conditions. They need to clean that place up, brighten it up with some lights, and since there are so few animals, give the ones there larger areas to live. It made me very sad.

Got a Sulcata tortoise at a great price! They had everything I needed to set him up comfortably. The lid to his tank came a little damaged, but customer service was great and they resolved the issue very well. I will definitely be back.

It shares a parking lot with Nevada health district You can't miss it, their prices are very competitive to other reptile shops in Las Vegas If not less expensive I come here to get my crickets for my reptiles I been here when it first opened and have watch it grow into a very versatile pet shop.

Been here a few times, but I just cannot go back anymore. It's depressing. 99% of the animals are in bad shape. All of the cages are too small. Mold and mites in almost every cage. Improper diets, improper care. Saw a dead snake in the waterbowl on 1 occasion. Shortcutting every aspect of care possible. Everything missing a tail. At what point do you address these "accidents"? Get it together. Don't support this shop or owner. Don't bother to respond with one of the fancy google replies: We appreciate...were sorry that we didnt meet your expectations.....blah blah blah, just take care of the animals!!

My husband and I visited Pet Planet again and the store was just as nice the second time around. It is clear that the owner, Sean (Shawn?), really loves animals. The cages were clean, the animals were clean, the floors were even clean. It is so refreshing to see a pet store where the animals get the care and love they so deserve! This time I remembered to take pictures- yay!!
