I've spam called this location on multiple occasions ranging from 2pm–8:30pm about an issue with an pickup order. The location I live by, did not have an item I was looking for and so it was automatically sent to Decatur, I don't live by the Decatur location. It's completely opposite from where I live, so I attempted to call them in total 13 times. (Don't mind the blocked, this is a new update due to spam calls during tax season) Never answered and you can't leave a voicemail.
I called other locations and they have claimed many customers complain of this location not answering this phone. So I suggest you find a hire someone who can answer the phone. There's no way you're that busy unless you're completely understaffed.

I had purchased 6 aquatic plants (Anubias Species). These were under the offer of buy 2 and get 1 50%. The store representative did not check the plants and initially billed them together where I was getting only 1 plant at 50%. We managed to split the order and get the 2 plants at 50%. How ever my biggest disappointment was that two of the larger and more expensive anubias plants that I had purchased were actually dead. The leaves looked healthy outside but when I opened the packaging, all the leaves were rotting from the rhizome and had melted. I had to garbage them instantly. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

Nice store and a very friendly staff. I went in for crickets for my bearded dragon, and they didn’t have any, but I got some mealie worms instead.

Rudest management team I've ever met. Refused to help me find an item I had driven three hours to find. I should have just ordered it but my family and I decided to make a trip for the puppy we wanted to buy. Long story short. Though they had promised to hold the dog for us, we had informed them we were making a three hour journey for this.. they end up selling the dog to someone that was still in store as we arrived... talk about an akward situation... no one cared that we drove three hours out of our way. The only thing i received was a lesson on parenting and of course the lovely employee named Lilly told me I was "dumb" for telling my daughter about the puppy before getting here.. wow... just wow

I brought my friend's Smooth Haired Chihuahua in for her first grooming on New Year's Eve. I met a lady named Sarah, and she did a fantastic job!
She smells like coconut, her coat is shiny feels like silk! Her nails, which are sensitive, were expertly done.
I was so impressed, as was her owner, that I called Sarah to thank her again!
