Took my Great Dane puppy here for his first ever puppy play group and he had so much fun! I was kinda nervous that my dog would be a handful cause of his size but the employees watching over the puppies were so fantastic and had great control over the group, and we got a paw print and little gifts after which was really cool. I shopped during the group and the store was very clean and well-stocked. Lady at register was very nice and helpful. Very nice store and staff.

I called this place and was told that they could not give vaccines to my dog and I would have to do that before they could groom him. Then I go there in person and a young lady said that they could not do it because he's not vaccinated. So I go to the back of the place where they groom the dogs and was told that they do indeed have vaccinations. I swear for the life of me how can an employee not know that I could vaccinate my dog there. Talk about chaos! I was told by a nurse that it would be $150 to vaccinate my dog so I made an appointment to come back and when I got there they said it will be $190. I get very pissed off when people at the same business tell me different prices. It really annoys the heck out of me. I had to make another appointment for grooming so I go in there and they said it would be $59.99. Two days later I bring my dog to the grooming ladies and now they say it will be $59 plus an extra $40 because my dog's hair is matted. So I say "goodbye" and walked out. By the way they couldn't even give me the correct number to the code to use the restroom. Chaos and more chaos. I don't do chaos. So I found another Dog grooming service for $50 including everything and they said that they're not gonna charge me extra for matted hair. PetSmart told me that it would be $500 to neuter my dog. I found a place that's less than $100. PetSmart are rip off artists with employees who tell you different things which really really annoys me. Like I said I don't do chaos. Don't go to Petsmart on Lake Mead and Rainbow. Go somewhere else.

Waiting at the crickets, nobody shows up. Tries to flag down a cashier to ask fo assistance for crickets, no one notices me. Gets in line, gets to the front. Asks if someone can help me get crickets. Employee says yes and calls someone over. I wait between crickets and main aisle. Nobody comes. Goes back to cashier. He calls someone else. This person walks me to crickets and says they're out of crickets. This 20 minute game every week to get crickets is the worse part of owning reptiles.

I placed in online order but did not receive a text or email confirmation so I called the store. The gentleman that answered was extremely rude and told me it was still being processed. Then he hung up on me. Not at all professional.

Just wanted to shout out to Allie (Sorry for miss spelling it) and the gal doing checkout today. (Who's name started with an N). I apologize for being the worst with names. Over the last three weeks, I've been getting started with building a fish tank. They have been so helpful in answering each and every question and have been kind along the way. I'm super grateful for them, and can say I've learned a lot from them. I will definitely be back along the way

Craig is phenomenal! I have such bad scar tissue from a knee replacement and I have come such a long way with the help of Craig's pain release therapy. I don't know where I'd be without him. His skills are fabulous and a wonderful bed side manor. I highly recommend his services. Maryanne Cordo

Was easy to find and book a stay for my cat. My cat is extremely friendly. I paid $50 for storytime to allow my cat extra attention. Check in was easy.... however, when I went to pick her up, the very small litter box for the 12 ppund cat was covered by my shirt. The shirt i was specifically tols to leave with the cat. They put a mat in with her also because the cages are rather cold and uninviting. The mat was on top of her food. I wish i knew how long that was the case.
The cage may have been ok for kittens, but i think it was too small for my larger cat. When i arrived, both workers were in another room and the phone ringing. The attendents came out and told me that my cat was attacking them her her whole stay, except for her first arrival. They needed me to put her in the crate. "Litter change and feeding were normal.and she was fine. But she has been extremely aggressive. What does that mean??? It means I got charged $50 for playtime/storytime that they never performed. Maybe the cat was mad that she couldn't urinate cause her litterbox was covered. And...I even called to ask how she was and was comdescended to with a "yeah, i havent heard any cats complaining". Never again. Not at this location. They got 3 stars due to location and call center staff.
