I had some questions left unanswered online so I decided to visit this local PetSmart. I came up to this employee, her name is Kate. She was very helpful, insightful, passionate about animals and the caretaking skills that come with them. Very glad I took the opportunity to visit at the time.

Excellent staff all around. Great variety of products, including fresh food. Can’t say enough about the grooming, staff and their work, had an excellent experience. With veterinary services on site and a convenient location close to all your other shopping needs, we couldn’t be happier with our choice of a local provider.

If it wasn’t for some items needed always being in stock, this would be a -5 rating, for the constant annoying “car sales” approach!!
I’m very familiar with all stores I go to and know where things are! I, like many, if help is needed we will ask. What is the point of bombarding customers and repeatedly?! I don’t feel comfortable when I and see others always being approached, usually by same people repeatedly, when all I’m ( they) trying to do is pick out food for my (our) furbabies, check out and go. It’s annoying and pathetic!
Now…..
I know it may be a “deterrent” for thieves, but not everyone is and need to stop making customers feel as such! I spend well over $140 - $200 each visit several times a month. Not anymore!

I truly wish these pet stores could get and cater to feline too instead of dogs. The store is 90% dog stuff, 5% other and 5% cat. It is beyond sad no pet store in Vegas can be equal by selling cat and dog things, equally and less aquatic or caged animals! We did the puppy training class here with Chloee G and she was awesome! Darwin was excited every time he saw her and she was very patient with the pups and with us. There were only 3 dogs in the class, and 1 of them was the litter mate of my puppy so it was a cool group. Our class time was 6pm on Fridays and the store was never super busy with other dogs so we were able to go out into the aisles and practice things. I definitely recommend booking a class with Chloee and we will definitely be moving on to intermediate with her!

I had the pleasure working with Nat, Grooming Salon Leader at at Silverado Store in Las Vegas. Nat did an outstanding job understanding my needs, throughly explained their grooming services/bundle pricing, process and expectations. I immediately booked all 3 of my dogs for grooming/etc. Nat did an amazing job.. highly recommend him A+

PetSmart is great , always have the items I buy, I normally use the shipping feature but this time I tried the curbside pick up and they didn't disappoint! Thank you for the quick service and friendly face, she was very helpful and fast! Will definitely recommend and use this service again!
