Coach Chris is amazing and my son has seen improvements immediately in strength. The facility is amazing and they have state of the art equipment. Mike, the owner, is awesome and always interacts with everyone. I would recommend for all athletes!!

We are very excited for our son start at Phase 1. His 1st workout was last night and went extremely well with Phase 1’s team. The owner was exactly what a he should be - knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and kind.

HOW DARE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ALLOW HENRY RUGGS TO WORK OUT THERE WHEN HE DRUNKENLY/WRECKLESSLY KILLED THAT INNOCENT WOMAN TINA TINTOR AND HER CANINE NOT THAT LONG AGO. HE CAN WORK OUT IN HIS MINI MANSION OR IN PRISON WHERE HE BELONGS.
