This isn't about the food or restaurant itself but the general manager Sal, I provided a highly discounted and rush priority mechanic service for him with the verbal agreement and hand shake that he would give me an my wife a free dinner at the steak house. He kept repeating he's a man of his work and that should have been my first red flag, today I called him to confirm that they would have room for me an the wife an to make sure the gentlemans deal was still good, and this is where he goes back on his word an says he doesn't own the place and he can't do what he said, now if he does this in his personal life I imagine this happens in his work life as well and it tarnishes the credibility of his place of employment as well, do they have policy's against this, do they not care that employees use their company name and title in other business an personal setting putting forth false agreements for personal gain?, anything to do with treasure Island has lost all appeal with me an the ones I've told this, do with this information as you please, sal that was very dis honorable thing to do an it reflects on the company as well

This place was mediocrity at it's least interesting. Everything was fine; nothing was great. I would expect a meal like this at a Texas Road house. Disappointed to have wasted a meal and a lot of money.

My husband and I had dinner here at this excellent restaurant once while visiting Las Vegas. We split a Caesar salad with no anchovies. We both had the small filet mignon; the meat was tender and cooked to the requested doneness. We split a baked potato with sour cream, butter and chives. We also split the charred corn with cilantro and a lovely dressing. I had a small pot of camomile tea, served with honey and lemon on the side. We were served various rolls. The food was very good. The music was soft and the ambiance very nice.

Best old fashioned ever! Syd makes the best old fashioned and cranberry and vodka drinks! Very friendly and welcoming. Syd makes sure he gets you exactly what you want and need, and for the food, we didn't try it but it looked soo good! Definitely coming back! Great ambience by the way!

Steak and shrimp scampi was not worth it at all. Steak and scampi was tasteless. Won't spend money there again

Horrible Service. Here at the steakhouse right now. They took forever to serve us while others that got here after us were served and fed before they even got to take our order. Fast forward 40 mins later…. My steak is salty as hell, my wife’s steak is over cooked (ordered a medium, not charcoal) and my father in-laws steak came out barely Luke warm. The people watching is fun but this place is definitely not worth the time or $ for the service and food.

We had a great meal at Phil's. The crab legs weren't salty at all and you got plenty to eat. The shrimp and linguine was very tasty and the shrimp were big. The service was very good.

The first person you meet is Saul & he's a hoot!! Very personable & makes you feel "at home". The food was fabulous, the crowd was fun(at the bar) & we really just enjoyed the whole experience. We will be back!!

Phil's Steakhouse was average at best. We all had the filet which was prepared and seasoned great. The ceasar salad was ok and the sides were also. My favorite part was the truffle fries. They were awesome. Service was a little slow but that's because I was anxious since we had reservations for a show. I would go again if I'm in the area but not go out of my way.

I ordered one dish and after waiting I was told that they just ran out of it. Then I ordered the Red Snapper. It was grilled and so over cooked that I couldn't cut it with a steak knife. The waiter offered to replace the meal and showed real concern. That quickly turned to me being annoyed when the waiter told me that the chef wasn't going to charge me for the second meal. Really they should have comped my dinner!!!

The filet mignon was good but the crab was cold when it should have been hot and charge $100. The restaurant is not very upscale but the prices are. Also the bread was very mediocre and that's always a bad sign. The waiter was very nice but brought the wrong fries after I had asked that it be plain with nothing on it. I had taken my 7 year old granddaughter for her birthday. They fixed it but I had gone over it with him when I ordered. He tried to explain it was only cheese and parsley sprinkled on it lol.

Very disappointing for a strip hotel. I ordered king crab legs they were gray and disgusting sent them back! Never once did a manager come to the table to ask why I was dissatisfied with my meal only the waiter who barely spoke English and had a mask on I was told all the crab legs looked like that. This is Vegas DO BETTER TREASURE ISLAND. Also proceeded to the women’s restroom and I encountered a homeless person with a bunch of bags filling up water in the sink.

A sweet, little, culinary gem tucked away inside the Treasure Island casino. Excellent food and service. My wife and I, with our two best friends, visited Phil's our first time during a visit ot Las Vegas for New Year's 2022. We enjoyed it so much we made sure we had reservations again for our visit to Vegas this New Year's 2024 and Phil's did not disappoint!! Their decor imparts an Italian style dining air and creates a perfect ambience for some fine dining. We ordered their excellently prepared, immense, and so tasty "Allen Brother's Short Bone-in Rib Eye" and an order of decadently awesome king crab legs. Loved the menu, the service, and the wine!!

The best steak I've had in town. An amazing prime rib, and an excellent filet mignon. I would definitely go there again, especially after disappointments at Peter Luger, and other steakhouses that I found to be overrated.

Restaurant is clean and service was good, if lacking in ambience. The low review rating comes from the quality of the food served. French Onion Soup was the best of what we had at 4/5 Oysters were very small and dry 2/5 Caesar salad had to much dressing and was very salty 2/5 Snapper was cooked from frozen and was dry 2/5 Filet was way way over cooked for med rare with no juiciness or flavor 1/5 At a price point of $150 per head this was disappointing. A steakhouse need to know how to cook steaks - especially when charging $80 for a small cut. Not recommended
