Excellent service! We had a wonderful experience here, which is something I never thought I would say going to a post office whilst on vacation. Bryce was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We had to get forms notarized and sent via certified and overnight mail. He went above and beyond in explaining the process and cost, he even went so far as to offer to scan and email the forms to us so we had a copy. We had an exceptional experience. We were offered cold bottles of water on a 108 degree day. This family is very personable and kind and you can really tell they care about the community they serve. Thank you all for making a complicated process, simple and enjoyable. Please utilize this family business if you’re in the area, they are so worth it!

Tom, Donalynn and Bryce are all so helpful and super nice! They even call me sometimes when I have an important package arrive. They go above and beyond what is required and I have shipped and received many packages with them.

I LOVE Pony Express on Trop/Eastern!!! We knew the father and son that use to own it, Stanley and Steve. The new owners are GREAT as well a mother and her son!!! Very friendly very helpful!!! I do ALL of my business there instead of going to post office or Office Depot!!!
