I went here the other day and as we walked in people in front had order. We'll when it was our turn the guy behind the counter was busy but he did see us standing there. He never said I'll be right with you till like 5 minutes after. I get it your busy but acknowledge people and makes them more likely to want to eat there. But after he helped us dude was cool and friendly and helpful.

1. I did the drive through today. 3 cars in line. One car, one order until they paid and were given the food and pulled away. Then the next car, same thing. Slowest "fast food" on the planet.2. The guy at the window had a stained tshirt that looked as if it hadn't been washed in weeks, if ever. But that's the face of Popeye's brand that met me at the window.3. Out of Sprite.....how??4. Warmest thing about my sandwich was the pickle. It was not even room temperature. Fries, sadly, are like this at every Popeyes. I have never had hot, fresh fries from this place.I love the spicy sandwiches, but they SERIOUSLY need to step their game up on employee appearance and keeping food hot and fresh to serve. Possibly keep extra Sprite on hand also?? Just a thought..Definitely would need to be starving for me to go back to this branch and can't suggest others go there either.

Drove 20mins to get here . Get to the drive through and wanted to order 24pc ghost pepper wings , To get told the wait will be 15 to 20 mins . Then they tell us that they only have 6pcs and then say they have no chicken at all. And it was people inside totally didn't understand that. Just a waste of our gas and time so unprofessional.. smh. Change the night crew please !!!!

2 stars because they made up for their problem by giving me extra food that I couldn't possibly eat all of.Ordered spicey chicken strips which were no where near prepared. Asked me if it was okay to have a 10 minute wait on the strips. I said okay, not the biggest deal. So I waited out front. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes pass and I go inside. I asked where my order was as I only got my drink. Had my receipt in hand. They lost my order! Hadn't even started it. I watched as the kid at the counter dropped my chicken himself. Told to please wait another 10 minutes. The kid at the counter was awesome, but everyone else dropped the ball. He hooked me up with extra pieces of chicken and a free strawberry muffin. Way too much food for me to eat, so I shared with co workers.The fact that they were able to lose track of an order once they tell a drive-through order to park and wait is terrifying. Like, hopefully they're not stealing people's money.

HORRIBLE! After a couple of visits, I can confidently say, 1. Do NOT place an order online. It will not be ready. 2. They open the restaurant whenever they see fit. 3. The Customer Service is horrendous. I have no idea how this establishment is still in business. This location is consistently bad, it's ridiculous.

First time I stopped by here it was when it was empty with no cars in sight cuz it wasn't anywhere near rush hour and during typical school hours, they said it would be a 20 minute wait for only 4 sandwiches. So I just went to another one instead and got 5 in less than 3 minutes.2nd time I went here I asked for only one sandwich. I immediately took it out and it was COLD ? they don't even greet u anymore, they just hand u the food without looking at ya ??

Placed an order online a little before 10 which was before the delivery cutoff time and store closed at 11 only to call in to make a request and was told that the kitchen was already closed at 10:04.
