When visiting I noticed a concerning lack of cleanliness among the staff. Instead of attending to their duties, all the employees were in their phones and smoking out back. When they eventually returned to work, I politely requested that they wash their hands, only to be met with offense and a barrage of argumentation. Moreover, upon inquiring about the quality of their ingredients, I was informed that they utilize steakums rather than the authentic ribeye that one would expect in a genuine cheesesteak. For those seeking an authentic taste of Philly, I highly recommend Tony Luke's in the Rio, where you can experience the real deal. The ambiance at this is pleasant, and the staff exude cleanliness and respectfulness. It's imperative that management address the behavior and attitude of their employees towards customers. There's ample room for improvement in this regard.

No flavor in the meat. I couldn’t even eat it. Taking it to my 13 year old son he will eat anything. Won’t be visiting again. This place was definitely overrated.

Pops Pride of Philly Cheesesteak is an absolute gem tucked away in the bustling city of Las Vegas. As a lover of Philly cheesesteaks, stumbling upon this 24-hour haven on the strip was a delightful surprise. The moment I entered, I was captivated by the inviting atmosphere and greeted by a staff that was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful.I opted for the classic Philly cheesesteak with everything on it, along with a side of chili cheese fries and fried green beans. Let me just say, this meal was a game-changer. The meat in the cheesesteak was tender, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. Surprisingly, I didn't feel the need to add my usual hot sauce or mayo; it was that delicious on its own. I went for provolone cheese instead of the traditional cheese whiz this time, but I'm definitely trying both on my next visit because I can only imagine how incredible that combination would be.Now, let's talk about those chili cheese fries. They were nothing short of amazing. The chili had a rich, savory flavor that complemented the crispy fries perfectly. In fact, I loved the chili so much that I ended up dipping my Philly cheesesteak in it, creating a mouthwatering fusion of flavors that left me craving for more.My only regret is not discovering Pops Pride of Philly sooner during my Vegas trip. If I had known about it earlier, I would have undoubtedly visited multiple times before leaving. It's safe to say that this will be the first place I visit when I return to Vegas. Forget about the overhyped Strip food; Pops Pride of Philly is where you'll find true satisfaction and flavor-packed goodness. Highly recommended for anyone craving an authentic and memorable Philly cheesesteak experience.Parking: Street or small parking lotKid-friendliness: Some kids may like the foodWheelchair accessibility: No stairs are easy to access

I am by no means a cheese steak conieusser, but it was probably one of the best cheese steaks I've ever had. I suggest going OG and getting the one with the cheez whiz.

I moved from Philly to vegas 2 yrs ago and have been looking for a cheese steak like home ever since. This afternoon I found it. This is a real cheese steak, just like Gino's. And outdoor seating, just like Gino's. I ordered in Philly slang " an American wit" and the cook knew what i wanted.Between the great food and the wonderful employees, you made a regular out of me

The food is really good and the service is fast and friendly, this place has been here for about 30 years or more and I’m just now trying it. I wish I would’ve had sooner but I’m glad that I tried it now and I am a regular customer now.

Ordered a cheesesteak, they forgot the cheese. Ordered cheese fries and they forgot the cheese. If you’re going to be rude, at least get the order right. Tough to forget cheese when it’s in the name of the order.
