We had an out of town appointment with Artemia. It was our first time at the salon and with our stylist. Such a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Salon booths were clean and organized. Restroom was clean. Artemia was gracious enough to be able to schedule an appointment for our daughter with such short notice. Her communication and transparency with pricing were refreshing. Our daughter loves her cut! Thank you!

This salon looks old and tired. It is really become run down since Donna sold the business. I've been there and people smoke cigarettes and other stinky things in there. There are so many open rooms and chairs now. I will miss the gal that cuts my hair. But it's time to look for a new salon.

Artemia did exactly what I asked and I couldn't be more pleased. I've always been afraid of going to get my haircut because previous stylist cut too much. Artemia listened to my concerns and executed perfectly.

I've been coming here for YEARS now and the two people I trust with my life is Leonora (hair) and Helen (threading). Leonora is so great and listens to all your requests and gets it done! I go here with my mom and she's been getting her hair colored and cut from Leonora since I was a baby (no joke)! Helen is so amazing and wonderful. She's so nice and always lets me check if there are any hairs left. She is so thorough with her work. I get my eyebrows, lip, and underarms threaded. The vibe of the store is so calm. The receptionist always welcomes me and it's so nice and clean inside. The salon sells items of their own as well such as clothes and bags.

The one star is for the salon only !!! My hairdresser gets 5 STARS. For doing such a great job on my highlights. I’m a new customer and definitely going back to see her and sending all my friends to her.The ONE STAR IS FOR THE SALON ONLY. while I was waiting by the sink to get my hair washed , 2 hairdressers with customers were complaining and talking bad about my hairdresser right in front of us. They’re like little teenagers. So unprofessional and too much drama between all the ladies that worked there. Rule 1. Don’t talk about people you work with while your customers are there. Don’t try to engage your customers to talking about someone they don’t know. If you have a problem with her talk to her privately. Says a lot about who you are when you disrespect co workers. If these girls can talk about their co workers in public just imagine what they say about you to other customers.

first time I saw Loretta today and she was great. showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. I would give her 10 stars. she pays attention to every detail to make sure she didn't missed a hair strand. very professional and very nice. Love, love, love my new highlights. If you want a great color definitely asked for Loretta. You will not regret it.
