I clearly explained the order before work began and at pick-up time much to my dismay they bring me back a different banner, made of the wrong material with scratches on it and then they tried to gaslight me stating I asked for something else when the day before he clearly told me in the store showing me an example of what it would look like… miserably and cowardly unprofessional! BUYER BEWARE! Money is better in your pocket or go to kinkos

The office closes at 4, I forgot and thought 5. I was on my way to pick up my sign and asked if he could leave it outside and I’d still pay for it at my own risk. He went to off on me & told me never to do business with him. He preferred to throw my sign away than to leave it outside for me. Talk about customer service,about trying to work with customers, THIS AIN’T IT! Very rude. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else! Don’t have to tell me twice. ?

waste of time!!!! walked in the store 2 days ago and asked information about a $30 sign, I was told to email him the all the information and a logo of the company and he will design me a sign email me to say yes or no and then print it.I sent twice the logo and told it can't be used. Today I sent the correct one and he telling me I'm wasting his time because I did not send him the design.You offered to design the sign!!! Why would you tell me I'm wasting your time???My response after the owner response:Posting my information just shows how disrespectful you can be! I never offended anybody and never became belligerent with anybody in your company.Please don't make up things because I left you an honest review. The person in the office offered to to do the design and even mention that will do couple options where I can chose from.At the end I'm told it's not worth his time for the $30.Why even offer the service? Also threatening me that you would live a review with my company just show how immature you are. Google reviews are made for the people that offer services or goods. You offered a service and actually failed that why you received my honest review. I did not provide a service or goods to you I was just a customer that you failed!

Walked in last minute in a pinch and these guys were amazing. Took care of us right away, quality was amazing and service was excellent and we were in and out in 10 minutes. Ended up ordering banners and other signs for other events because he was so great. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, these guys are awesome.

Fantastic experience. They provided me with same day turnaround vinyl graphics for my trade show display. I was in a bind and these guys just took a short phone call, a single email, and about an hour to get my job taken care of. Awesome quality printing, friendly attitude and easy to work with. They had some nice examples of their work in their show room of foam boards and banner stands. Check these guys out!

Amazing business! Ed was so kind and was able to accommodate our last minute order. He was of great help and let us know what type of sign would be best for what we needed it for and I was even able to pick it up the same day. Will definitely be going back to him!

I called multiple places around town and this was byfar the best priced option. They answered thephone immediately. I emailed them the image Iwanted to have printed on the sign and they repliedwithin minutes. They really went above and beyondmy expectations. The sign was ready the same day! Iwent and picked it up the next day and I must say,it's beautiful. Great quality, exactly how I envisionedit. Thank you so much again.

At first I was concerned because their website wouldn't let me check out, so I emailed them and sure enough they are fully aware and were able to have me send over the file then they invoiced me on Paypal and had it ready the same day! The quality was perfect, the stand was so easy to use and comes in a sling bag. Exactly what I needed and worth every penny thank you so much!
