Aru from PostNet was the most helpful and pleasant experience I have ever had when it comes to shipping. I was denied at two different authorized FedEx shipping locations because I did not already have a created shipping label. I came to this location located inside of Smith on Jones as a last attempt and he was able to figure it all out for me and was very patient when I had to wait for people to email me their address. He never complained or made me feel like a burden to his business and when other people came in, he was extremely friendly to them and knew them personally and he seems like a very good business owner. I will definitely come back in the future, and I recommend anyone looking for a full-time partner in their business to ship with PostNet. I’m going to recommend him to my friends and family, and hopefully he gets more business because he demonstrate what everyone should strive for when it comes to customer service

The couple that runs this shop went above and beyond to make sure my DHL was going to the right place when the system wouldn't accept the zip code. Busy store, might have to wait, but definitely will receive care if you're friendly and patient. Lovely chatting with them. Felt like a small town shop with how many regulars came by and the hospitality shown. Thanks guys, appreciate you!

I needed passport photos done and did a walk-in. They were able to take our pictures and within 15 minutes, it was ready. It's also a better deal here for passport photos.

In my life as a ham radio operator includes, although I didn’t know it at the time 49 years ago, shipping radio equipment and receiving shipped Radio equipment safely across Planet Earth! I found someone I trust and I can walk away knowing that my shipment is 100% taken care of! So I found Aru and Sue at PostNet inside the Smiths on the corner of Jones and Vegas Drive! The fact that he was willing to call the driver and use his own car to meet the driver headed to California and make sure it would be delivered next day! I called my client Yan Ian in the Philippines, presented my dilemma and over night wasn’t needed! But, it became an option when my shipper offered!
In today’s world it’s so nice to have someone, in all my travels, bring it down to a level of “one person willing to help another” for no self gain, is refreshing!
I’ve spent my whole life searching for and investigating evidence of “God is Alive”— you can find it by watching how well His children treat each other!

Came in to send an international package via DHL and was really impressed! This place is a great one-stop shop – they do everything from passport photos to notary services, plus all the major shipping options like FedEx and UPS. They have private mailboxes too! Super convenient and helpful staff. Definitely recommend if you need to get stuff done quickly and in one place!

First time at the postnet and loved the customer service,they are great people. I would definitely recommend this place they offer different services like passport pictures, and other things.(ps, the passport pics are definitely cheaper than other places)
