I have no idea how this place stays in business. I went in last week and ended up just leaving without even shipping my package. Owner lets her son run the store and he is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s expensive and lacking in a lot of the technology that would make this place a good idea. Long lines, understaffed and unhelpful. Just skip this place.

Be careful, these people will receive your package, but when you contact them to track your package that has not arrived at its destination, they will tell you that we are not responsible for your package. if you’re not responsible for a customer’s package why you accept it.
I found out that less than a year ago they lost another customer’s package with cell phone, I will do legal action and also report it to BBB. It is leak of business management.

Stacy is a wonderful owner and has been extremely helpful with my needs. She quickly notarized important documents for me. I’ve spoken to others in the store and they love the welcoming environment she provides. Highly recommend if you are looking for a private mailbox, shopping or a multitude of other services they provide. Thank you!

They lost my package!(iPhone)Now i have to pay Apple $1300!!!Never drop off package there!They have problem with drivers stealing packages.Just go straight to FedEx,UPS or USPS.

Very rude ! Doesn't specify online that they don't take returns for FedEx. And then I was told we don't take QR codes. We only take barcodes cuz we don't make money off of it

I went in to drop off a return shipment via Fed Ex preprinted label. The women was rude and short with me. She said," This is Post Note NOT Fed Ex which is down the street." WOW! She lost my business permanently. How rude!!!

On Saturday, I went in to try to get copies of some pictures since "picture reproduction" was one of their services they said they provide. The woman's half-hearted "Hello" gave me a small instinct that she probably wasn't interested in helping me. When I told her the service I wanted, she told me they didn't have photo paper and then looked around for some sort of other paper. I knew she didn't want to try so I knew she was trying to avoid helping me. After visiting the amazing FedEx/Kinkos on Flamingo, they were able to utilize card stock to copy pictures. If the woman at Postnet would have had a better attitude or an attempt to try to help me, I would have given a better rating.

Incompetent. I had an AnytimeMailbox with them and was constantly fighting issues with improperly scanned mail, misplaced mail (which they lied about), exorbitant "handling" fees for forwarding mail, bogus charges on my credit statement, etc. Will never go here again; if you're an AnytimeMailbox customer pick a different location.
