Very disappointed with this store and how they upsell on their postage stamps. A book of stamps (20) should cost $14.60. They charge $22.00. This is disgusting. I will never shop here again and will let others know as well.

Got a virtual mailbox at this store so I can continue to receive my mail while I'm visiting the Las Vegas area for a while. Great service, received all my mail. If you're looking for a virtual mailbox in the Vegas area, I highly recommend this store.

Someone is running a scam out of this address, for a 170-piece Stanley Tool Set, purportedly from Harbor Freight. I have contacted them several times..but it appears that Post Net isn't interested in stopping illegal activities using their storefront.

If you like being overcharged for substandard work look no further I would not recommend these people to anyone. If I could give them zero Stars I would. I paid $278 for 2 books to be copied and was quoted 5 business days 2 weeks later they wanted another $120 saying there was more to be done. When I picked up my books I was so angry it took me this long to calm down because I couldn't believe that they put an image of someone else's product on the cover of my book. Basically they're not worth it!

I came in to drop off a FedEx package and was told they don't accept QR codes which is understandable and my mistake. However she quickly said that she could print my shipping label for me if I emailed it to her. They actually offer printing services that you must pay per page but she did not specify that's what I was doing. She had a coworker print my shipping label and then charged me for printing. I told them they didn't tell me it was an extra service, and next time they have to let customers know if it's an extra charge service. They knew I was just trying to drop off a prepaid shipping label and just wanted to make extra money off me.I don't find them to be transparent nor honest. I would never trust them with a bigger project because they would probably not be very communicative about pricing.

Every single spam email I get now has their address and says at the bottom of each one to “write to them” to unsubscribe, at 9101 W. Sahara Ave Las Vegas 89117. When I tried that, I got no response.STOP SPAMMING MY EMAIL. They’re all scam emails, all for completely unrelated things.

So the owner finally responded six months later. I added a star for that, but I have to wonder how many people were scammed in that interval, or if the scammer is even still using the PostNet address. Did you send the FTC the name of the person(s) who were (or are) using that PostNet address?

I prefer Postnet over UPS Store. They are more efficient and have multiple options for printing, scanning and mailing. For Halloween, they have buckets of candy throughout. Also, really nice pens, sticky pads and note pads to put in your package for free. Love that!Located West Sahara and Fort Apache in the Albertsons parking lot.

Ordered business cards from them. They were on very flimsy stoke. Edges came losing color. $70 for a 100 and took a week to come in. I won't be ordering from them again
