I called to get an estimate on my car. I have been going to this location for many years and have been happy with their service. However, recently I have called several times to get an estimate and have been given the round around. I have been told I need to bring it in for an evaluation. Which it will cost. i asked if this is something new, as I have not had a cost before. Again, I couldn't get a straight answer. Is there a new owner or are just just being greedy like everyone since the pandemic? It's a shame! Probably won't go there again.

Alex is the office manager and he did not hesitate to accommodate me quickly to resolve a screw in my tire. Not a big job, but the level of professionalism and a kind staff made me feel really good. After an absolute nightmare of a week I came down to find my Model 3 dead. I called Alex and the team at Precision and, even though he didn't know me, he took the time to walk me through multiple steps with multiple calls to get my Model 3 out of the garage and into Precision. I Finally got it there and they were quick professional and made sure to give my car a full run through. Then they sent pictures of what can wait and what needs to be addressed. I picked it up the next day running perfectly with a cold water bottle in the cup holder. This is what repair shops and mechanics should be about. Will return for all my auto needs, A++

First off, limped my vette into the shop with alternator failing and my ac blowing hot air. Oh did I mention it was 111 degrees outside. Yeah, not good. Brought it to Eric and he went straight away to diagnosis. Him and Alex immediately went to work and had my ac charged in no time. They found Schrader valve was caput. Then they pulled alternator. Gave me a ride to pick up new one under warranty. Talk about going above and beyond. These gentlemen are fantastic and I would not hesitate to come back. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

I pretty much do all my mechanic work there's a couple things I won't touch the AC unit on vehicle is one. This is the place to take your car when you have issues very detailed explains everything that was done and make sure that I left with a smile and happy with my service. My AC unit blowing super cold and I'm a very Happy camper. I highly recommend precision tune Auto for all your mechanical needs.

I called in order to schedule and price check and oil change, the gentleman on the phone was very brief and vague when describing their packages nor was he helpful on how long it was going to take etc. He said I can take it in tomorrow at 8 or drop it off today until 5? Just based off the call and the gentlemen on the phone I don't think I'm even going to go here. Probably should work on phone training, the guy didn't tell me to have a good day or say bye, he simply just hung up on me.

This place is great. Alex took good care of me. The work was done on time at the price quoted, and no "extra work" was done like most repair shops. I read the reviews that have one star, I just laughed, the one star rating, or negative review were situation that are in the businesses control The comments were way off base. If you look, most of the ratings are at five stars. In business, you can't make everyone happy. I am honored and proud to put my name as a five star review. Thank you for fixing my truck!

I took my car to the dealership to find out that these people installed my break system incorrectly. When I got them , I had to go back 2 days after getting them installed bc there was a horrible noise coming from the car. They said something was crooked and fixed it that same day. AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER I find out I've been driving with my break clips BACKWARDS. I called to talk to them and they refuse to listen and not take accountability. These people are incompetent, smoke way too much weed on their breaks and come back to put clips backwards on your vehicle. I guess they found their mechanics on Craigslist's.

Got a quick and extremely thorough oil change here. Mechanics checked all fluids and tire pressure and filters and alerted me to a few items that needed attention. They are very detail oriented here and its a great value for the money.Service: Oil change

I had a great experience today at Precision Tune Auto Care. I have been looking for a mechanic I could trust and many people recommended this business to me. I'm grateful that my wife and I chose to have our brakes and oil change here. The tech, Alex, did an amazing job of keeping us in the loop from start of service to completion. The text updates truly make it simple to go through the process and I'm grateful for Carlos for making himself available and answering all of our questions. My wife has never felt more comfortable and confident with her car maintenance experience. Honest crew and did great work! I have been a customer at this location for years. I kept coming back because Carlos had great customer service and he was transparent with everything. This all changed during my last service. I called to schedule a service for my car and my wife's. Alex was the one who made the appointment. When I asked how much it would be for a 90k-mile service, but he couldn't tell me and said to look it up on a third-party website. The general mood on the phone was apathy and annoyance. When I asked if Carlos was available Alex said he was not. We came for our service and Alex was running the deck. Again he had an attitude like we were inconveniencing him. Once the service was completed, I asked questions about some of the results and couldn't get a straight answer. "why is the coolant low? Is that a sign of a bigger problem?" "It depends." I asked if Carlos was in and he said no. I also noticed the normal service for my car was more expensive. I checked how much I paid previously. It went from $80 to $133. When I called and asked they said it was inflation. I know inflation is high, but 70% seems outrageous. Also when we got home my wife's trunk wouldn't open. Even though we had just got back from the shop, I didn't think they had anything to do with it because they didn't do any service on the trunk. It turns out my wife's car has a trunk lock switch in the glove box. They had to remove the glove box to replace the cabin air filter. When they did that they somehow broke the switch and now the trunk couldn't open. I called and explained it to Alex. He said we'd have to bring it in so they could check it out. When we arrived he handed us a paper to sign and took a phone call. When I read the paper it said it would cost $85. I waited until he got off the phone and asked him about the charge. He said he couldn't see the vehicle without charging a service fee. I asked him why he was charging us a service fee for the damage they caused. He said it was their policy and there was nothing he could do about it. We went back and forth a little bit. I asked for Carlos and again he said he wasn't available. At this point, I was getting a little angry so I decided to leave. I tried calling the next day and Alex answered. I asked for Carlos and he said he wasn't available and asked for a message. I could tell he knew it was me so I told him I was the guy from yesterday and wanted to talk to Carlos. He said he'd take my information, but I declined. The next day I received a text message explaining how they normally charge a service fee, but in my case, they'd wave it if I brought the car back in. I texted them back and said it was too little too late and they not only lost my wife and my business, but also my mother-in-law. I drive by 10 auto shops on the way to theirs but choose them because of the excellent service I've received in the past. This one incident ruined it for me. Now it's time to find another shop. Also, I fixed that broken switch in about 10 minutes.
