Refused to provide service for absolutely no reason when I reached out via email. Gave them a call to inquire as to why and the individual who answered the phone could not give me a reason.

Last minute we had to drive from Los Angeles to Vegas for a conference but had no business cards to hand out. We contacted Prisma Printing in Vegas and asked if they could print us out business cards by the following day for us to pick up on our way there. Liz at Prisma Printing was amazing, she helped us with mockups, questions, and pickup. We even thought we were going to be late picking them up and Liz was going to help us find a secret spot where she could leave them since they wouldn't be open over the holiday weekend. But by some sort of traffic miracle, we ended up getting there 2 minutes before they closed. The cards turned out amazing! We were so happy and they were such a great price! Highly Recommend. Tell Liz we sent you haha

When a big box print shop cancelled my order in the middle of the night, I called Prisma Printing at 8:00 AM the next morning in a panic. I was assured I could be helped, they would have it done by the end of the day, and they would match the price of my cancelled order. And they came through on all of it! I can't thank them enough for their help!
