This is actually a thank you for the crappy delivery service from Home Depot. If they hadn't been as bad as they were we would have spent an extra $450 on the washer/dryer combo unit we ordered.They arrived today to deliver and brought in a microwave. I had stopped walking to show them where the combo unit went and was told no, it's a microwave. That was 5 minutes of me saying no and them saying yes before they realized it was the wrong stop.I said it's a washer/dryer combo and was immediately told I was wrong - it's just a washer. I tried for another 5 minutes, even showing them the email on my phone and was told - nope, it's a washer only. I asked them to go outside because my 85 year old sister didn't need to hear this and then the driver said I was "up in his face". I'm standing still and he's the one that walked up to me to look at my phone. He's saying all this crap - I ordered the wrong thing. The woman on the phone with him agrees it's just a washer and I ordered the wrong thing. I'm at fault, I'm being rude, I'm wrong. So - they left to have "someone else deliver it later". Not on a bet. Called Lowes. $450 less. Tried to cancel with Home Depot - still not sure it's canceled because the guy on the phone kept putting me on hold and didn't seem to know what he was doing. So next I call the credit card.So thanks for having inept staff that don't know what they're doing or talking about - otherwise we would have spent more money to shop at Home Depot. Not that Home Depot cares. I was in the store and witnessed a woman asking for help and being told by 3 people "I don't know what you want" and walking away. She had trouble speaking and so I and my friend listened to her and figured it out. Home Depot - yeah.....thanks for saving me money by sending me to Lowes.

Home Depot on 1401 S Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas. Great experience at the customer service pick up counter on 6/25/23. We came to pick up our will-call. 5 stars for your new employee "Trey" was very helpful, courteous and service with a smile. Unlike many of your other employees. One employee had the nerve to tell us as we were entering the store. "Why are you coming in, we're closing in 10 mins" then he laughed at us. My husband was so upset. We were going to ask for the manager but Trey turned this horrible experience into a position one.

What happen to customer service?? Don't look for any at this Location of THE HOME DEPOT. If I could have went anywhere else I would have. I needed to rent a sump pump and this was the only place that had one in an emergency. I hate giving my hard earned money to a crap business that doesn't deserve it. If you can buy your stuff any where else be glad. If you have to come here get ready for the shit show. You think the DMV is bad Hahahah

Terrible customer service.I was doing a project at the house and needed a couple pieces of lumber so I headed to the Home Depot. When I got there I saw a piece of lumber on the clearance cart and I placed it in another cart and wheeled it to the front desk to get it priced out before getting cut for my project.I swear to god that the heavy set guy up front acted like I was bothering him. I got absolutely no help with my questions as I just waited like a dummy for quite a while.Finally the guy says that the lumber guy was at lunch and I should wait until he was done. I can't believe that Home Depot doesn't have a back up person when an employee goes to lunch. Pretty darn inconvenient.

My Wife and I both have accounts, supporting different projects. We like the knowledgeable assistance you get in literally every department in the store. Kudos to the management and training team for Home Depot, that is any Home Depot. Congratulations folks !

Mitchell or Mitchelle, whatever the hell her name was REALLY rude. She's an older white lady with long grey ish hair. I went there with my dad and he was asking her questions about filters and needed help. I've worked retail before, retail can be a very frustrating job. However, my dad was being very polite to her. He speaks primarily Spanish but spoke enough English to communicate with her. He needed help with filters and you could tell she was annoyed with him. She kept responding to him in a way that was very rude and aggressive. Mitchell, work on your attitude please. I don't know if you were bugged by the language barrier, but you have plenty of Spanish speaking staff at that place that you could've sent over to help my dad out. If it wasn't the language barrier that bugged you, then it means that you're just mean. You need to work on the way you interact with customers. I felt uncomfortable watching how you were treating my dad. You were an being an asshole. You already have a nasty review here from someone else. So we're not the only ones that think you have bad customer services skills. Just saying.

Yesterday around 3:47 pm I came to this Home Depot to purchase some hedge trimmers. I made the mistake of scanning something twice. The lady name Tiffany Mitchell didn't say a word to me but proceeded to just try and grab the tool out of my hands. I was very alarmed and it brought back some unwanted memories I felt assaulted a little bit the way she just tried to yank it out of my hands.. I think I will be going to another Home Depot for now on just incase she's working there, i definitely don't think that's how you approach someone who's there to shop. And yes I did ask for the issue to be resolved and purchased my last tool at this store. I hope that isn't how management is allowing them to work with people.

Shopping this store for the past 18 years two issues same person firts one REFUSED to exchange a Water heater under warranty she didn't listen the warranty was approved bay the manufacturer whit the code we come back whit the Rheem manager on the line and make the manager o honor the warranty secontime whit the same person now on a prodesk phone sale two customers buying same store for year refuse to make the transaction she refuse to procide whit the purchase saying is fraud what I tray to do the only problem this is my closest store the one I used for years whit the same customers the person in charge Maribel now I avoid to buy on this store only if is necessary don't like to treat as a criminal and the soonest I left the place she started laughing on me pretty sad second time she refused to call MOD

I went in and want to purchase a jig saw. They called an associate to come and help me with that purchase. He (Jim) went right to work to locate the model I wanted. Very helpful and knowledgeable definitely glad he was there to help me out with a tool I know very little about. Thanks Jim

Geri the store Manager absolutely terrible attitude!! So negative came in to do a tool warranty and clearly said we don't do that here when I went to a different Home Depot and said yes absolutely Milwaukee has a 5 year warranty no problem. Only problem was that they were sold old so suggested to go to a different location. Geri needs more training to be up to date with policy and learn how to talk to customers !!!!
