ProCare Medical Group offers a full range of primary care and urgent care services, with appointments and walk-ins welcome. They provide same-day primary care appointments, as well as in-office blood work, drug testing, and various medical tests. The practice accepts most insurance plans and offers cash rates. Patients report mixed experiences at ProCare's Rainbow & 215 location. On the positive side, the wait times are reasonable, and the physician's assistant and nurse provide excellent, caring service. One patient described the physician's assistant as a "wise wizard, full of knowledge and sympathy." Another praised the staff, particularly Angie and Nurse Practitioner Thu Pham, for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to answer all questions. However, the reviews also mention some downsides. One patient encountered a rude receptionist, referred to as "Clip," who seemed to lack customer service skills. This patient advised others to avoid the left-side receptionist when checking in. There were also issues with the pharmacy, where one patient's medication was not covered by their insurance plan, leading to delays in getting the prescription filled. Overall, the reviews suggest that ProCare Medical Group provides a mix of positive and negative experiences. While the clinical staff receive high praise, the administrative side, particularly the reception area, could use some improvement in customer service and efficiency.
