Staff great, 5 stars. Corporate rating, minus 5 stars. From 1 month to the next, raised my rent 30%. Renter beware. I'll support these increases when employees are given 30% raises!

Actually, it was a very bad experience. I ended up paying $160 for a 5x10 space. At another company, I paid $65 for the same space, and $119 for a double 10x10 space. It's incredible that these companies are abusive, they raise and raise the price every month. If I had stayed here at the end of the year, I would have paid $1,000 for 5x10, and when I canceled, they charged me for the next month that I didn't use. Rats!!

I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received at this location. From the moment I walked in, the member Jalah made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—she took the time to explain all my options, walked me through the rental agreement, and even showed me a few unit sizes so I could make the best decision.
What really stood out was how patient and professional she was, especially when I had to make some last-minute changes to my reservation. They handled everything smoothly, without any hassle or hidden fees. I also appreciated the follow-up call to make sure everything was going well after move-in.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and it made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage with friendly, attentive staff who truly care.

I spoke with Jalah, which was very helpful and nice. She explained the full process of renting a unit and answered all of my extra questions. She was very professional and patient with me. I am reserving my unit with her. Thank you for making my life circumstances much easier for a storage unit rental and my recent relocation to the state.

Ever since I made the reservation to rent I have YET to get in contact with ANYONE that’s actually at this location! What in the Universe is going on here!?!?!? First day I had work so I couldn’t make it before the office closed but made it in time before gate access closed; long story short I had to call customer service in order to get the code to my lock and the agent that helped me that day didn’t know what he was talking about & the following day was even worse ? but I had great customer support that day, but not from anyone on the property.
