Pam was AMAZING 👏🏾and this was not her regular location. Excellent customer service! And I liked that this location had carts that made packing my stuff in the storage fast and easy. I do not like the hours that they give you and the rates can be a little high if their not having any deals going on, but my experience with Pam made my move in great.

Manger at the new property Dennis I believe but I call him D he was the best he made my move out so simply and easy we need more people like him , and if you see this bro make sure you stop by the movie theater and I gotcha on some tickets !!!

Rude staff members (specifically, the short Gentleman with tattoos) very rarely anyone on site to help and forget Having a dolly, they almost always don’t have one available to use. Also is not climate controlled at all.

Short answer: RUN away... ANYWHERE is better. Worst Public Storage in town. Worst gate hours: no gate access after 6 pm?! Office staff, while nice, is only there 1/2 days, incredibly inconvenient. One cart for the whole facility. Rude, noisy storage neighbors. And I mean, whoa.... Watched a guy walk out and pour 2 bottles of pee on the ground in front of another unit. 2nd floor floors sway. Particleboard /wood doors. Summary: OLD, gross, maddening, and all-around bad ick vibes.

Service was very professional and helpful. Was in and out without any issues. Property is clean and maintained. Electric gate with code no need to check in to go inside property.

Pros-Check in with the guys seamless, the storage place is clean. The $20 insurance extra is a money grab. It should be refunded when you move out of unit.
Cons' YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE LONG LINES OF VEHICLES WAITING TO USE 1 DOLLY. I have been there 3 times. No dolly available in the ENTIRE PLACE. Some of waited 3 hours. Who only had minimum items. It's insane that as much money as this place makes it's not the best practice for those of us who have a life outside of our storage units. The worst.
