Horrible company. Raised my rates more than double the initial price of the unit for an outdoor unit! Went from less than 70.00 a month to over 150.00!!! Look at the water damage in the roof and walls of my unit. I was lucky to get my stuff out un damaged. Beware of this business practice. Moving out today.

I am so disappointed in this company. Was not able to set up in person, so did online. Paid all the fees then in less the a week I hear ads for first month rent of $1. Very annoyed that wasn't on the website. Then the price was raised up in 6months so I decided to leave. No one on the office again so set up a move out date at a different location that had people in the office. Now I am being harassed with calls and emails. For payment for the month after I moved out. So obviously if they even have employees on this property they didn't do their job. The gate entry will show I was out and haven't entered since 8/30. Lock off and everything. Also adding a $100 to the due amount... Making it 3xs the monthly rent.

Rent at your own risk!!! Daughter and her roommate rented a storage unit that was supposed to be climate controlled, but was put in an outdoor unit. These girls are in college and didn’t question it without parents there. They were given the key for the unit to store belongings over the summer. We went there today to move their things into their new place. My daughter noticed the lock was different and the key did not fit. Spoke to Jonah and he kept saying we were supposed to be in an indoor unit. He kept gaslighting us like it was our fault. Come to find out whatever was in the girls storage unit had been cleared out as trash and Jonah was going to take it up with his district manager. About an hour later, Jonah happened to remember some of the contents in the unit and told us they were moved to a unit directly across. We drove back to Public Storage and was given the code for the lock. Opened up the door and their stuff was thrown in with other junk that wasn’t even theirs. Many high ticket items were stolen in what looks like an inside job. TV, refrigerator, fan, lighted mirror, designer purse, expensive bottles of perfume, home decor, jewelry and cosmetics were stolen and many items trashed beyond use. Everything had been ransacked. Do Not Use this place and if you do, have fun speaking to Jonah because he is very rude. He told the girls they should be lucky they got some of their things back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I wrote a negative review during frustration over receiving incorrect information from the call center. It cost me time and money. However, the property Manager came through today and made everything by going above and beyond. I am very grateful to Jonah (property mgr) I believe his name is..Thank you so much

Sherri was exceptional in addressing all my concerns, and more importantly, finding a solution to my problems! She went above and beyond in assisting me.
I think she would be a valuable training asset to your company on how to serve your customers.
I'd also advise you give her a raise! You don't want to lose someone this valuable to another company!

So in past 2 months I been dealing w issues about my storage. Jonah helped me all 3 times. All 3 times he was helpful and pleasant. Even today when I came in while he was at lunch. That's above and beyond if u ask me. I'd like to pay for a lunch for him, somehow and someway to do that

Mr. Jonah, was an excellent service person in your facility.. I would give him a 10 stars and a good rise for his smile and dedication to your company.. I've been to others here not good with customer service. Most of them here in Las Vegas gave me attitude, but this gentleman gave me all the answers. That I asked him. Thank you Mr. Jonah for your helping me and taking the time to show me your facility

After canceling the unit the first day, I received multiple calls a month later, he still had the nerve to charge me even though I canceled the unit. I called and complained about the front desk guy and then today he has the nerve to leave me a message saying I have a lock on the unit, which I never even used, and then told me to hold after not seeing me in the system, then he hung up in my face. This guy at the front desk needs a life or another job, he is awful with people.
