The property manager her name is Shandy her address is 6596 Boulder Highway she's one of the greatest property managers there whenever you need help she give you the best service there is he's been working with the property for a very long time and she's the greatest I put five stars for her but I want to give her 20 because she's just that great my name is Denise I've been with you guys property for such a long time

Just got my storage unit here and dealt with chanti. She was super nice and made sure I knew everything about what I was getting charged for. She showed me the unit and everything. Very smooth process. 👍

Good job! Great service the representative “Monet” was very professional and knowledgeable she made the move in process easy as she didn’t a great job explaining expectations of the location. I recommend this storage to anyone looking to safely store your items.

Chanti is the MOST gnarly, vile individual I have EVER encountered.
She thoroughly lacks professionalism and common decency.
Moreover, she will still valuable items from your unit. I will NEVER lease a unit from this location EVER again. Buyer beware.

I've rented here for years & everything was smooth. My only complaint is there aren't many dollies.. & as to the staff, Chanti is sweet & helpful.. she takes the time to make sure you're ok or have the info to get ok

This is a second reviews if this facility. While my first review is a good one and it still is, the only downfall is WHERES THE AIR CONDITIONING? 4 on the third level and there is no air up to u yesterday if if there. I just had to move out of my places so I'm still having to go get items and it's burning blazing hot as fish grease.
