I can't remember the lady that's working. The desk but she is utterly amazing. This woman from the time I walked in late one night to the time. I got my things yesterday has been an absolute doll. She is professional, she is efficient. She's knowledgeable and the sweetest kindest person i've met in a long time.Please, please please give her a bonus or an extra day off with pay

Amy. I think it mean Always Mindful (of) You. The units are not consistent but Amy is. The online reservation/payment system doesn't work but Amy does. Amy goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your experience. We can't thank her enough.

Amy and everyone at this location Incredible Not only did they save the day by coming and finding us New Year’s Eve because the door wouldn’t close, but she also made sure that I knew everything was gonna be taken care of, and she will Take care of it for me. I will always use the storage if you want to a safe place where your stuff will not be messed with and the people are nice and friendly. Definitely look at this location.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you for Amy. Recently I had a certain issue with wanting to change to a smaller unit size within the same complex. The kicker was my old unit wasn’t in my name. It was a complicated situation. After making numerous phones calls to both the public storage national number and the number give to me for the on site manager no body was able to help me. Some of the questions I did not have answers to due to said circumstances. I was told I needed to make an appointment to meet with the on site manger so that is what I did. Well he or she never showed up. I was never reached out to either in terms of having to reschedule or wait longer or anything. I’m not sure whether it’s a dispatching issue or what but clearly a lack in communication. Thankfully though Amy was there. She made that process unbelievably easy to go through and for the information I was told over the phone for what I was going need or have to do, I didn’t need half of it. So personally all this online stuff is horrible and I hate how difficult it was to try to talk to a live person. This location is most definitely understaffed and for just about a year now they have yet to still fix one of their elevators. Public storage needs to do better but Amy, is a fantastic worker and saved my day.

I really like this storage! It’s roomy, it’s open late, they have carts!! And best of all they have an employee whose name is Amy and she is there whenever you need something. I’ve never in all my years in storage have I seen anyone more dedicated to their job than Amy.

I first met Amy at the Summerlin location when I was looking at storage sizes. She then helped me complete my reservation at MD and Pebble. I was delighted to see her today at the one on Eastern! She helped walk me through my account and talked to me about being able to make cash payments! Nice to see her at all 3 locations, she was helpful each time!
