This past November billing cycle, there was a transition made by Public Storage to Extra Space with just about 3 to 4 days to the next billing cycle when I logged in to set up my account I could not get it it did not recognize me. I called customer service they could not assistance so I want a coin to the storage facility where I met the new manager very nice young lady, name, Annie, she was very manageable even though it took us a few days to get it straight. She was very persistent she followed up. She kept in touch with me. Let me know what was going on. She kept me in the loop and it’s been a long time since I’ve had that kind of customer experience and this is why I am taking the survey Annie keep up the good work. Thank you very much I owe yeah I’ll see you next month when I make my payment. 💕😉😘

Ever since Annie and Serenity have taken over this facility, things have made a complete 180. Before, I was about to take my business elsewhere because the staff was terrible when it came to handling issues or answering questions. I remember getting there before they were supposed to leave for the day only to find out they had already left. Now however, Annie and Serenity handle their business! I called because I made an extra payment and was curious if I could get it canceled. The dazzling Duo happened to be upstairs cleaning but still answered my call because they forwarded the phone. I told them about my issue and within an hour the payment was reversed and I was notified! Now that is what I call customer service at its finest! Thank you both for your tremendous effort to serve the customer, I really appreciate you 👍
