Julie is the the sweetest rep... EVER!!!
She was a new hire & her supervisor was very encouraging to Julie's inquiries. They also helped me get a great price, by checking both online & in-house promotions/deals.
It's safe, clean & a great price.
P.S. I relocated a year ago from a Condo w/garage storage, to one without a garage.
Basically turning my 2nd bedroom into a storage space... I hated this but didn't think I could handle the cost of a storage unit. "Public Storage" showed me otherwise and it's only 3/4 of a mile away from my Condo... PERFECT!!!!

So I lost my keys to my unit, and Julie L. Was unbelievably helpful n she was so kind and patient in helping me. Didn’t get annoyed or impatient even with my million questions and requests. I’m genuinely grateful because I’ve had such horrible experiences in the past with other companies. I got my key, I got my access, and now I’m excited to see her every time I come to my unit. Seriously good hire Public Storage.
