I love how easy it is to check in with the kiosk. The phlebotomist with friendly and welcoming and professional. I waited less than 10 minutes with my appointment and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend Quest.

Everytime I have been to Quest since I left several years ago I have been treated with so much respect, courtesy, and genuine concern. Especially this past visit on February 25,2025. Dawn, my phlebotomy technician was one of the best I ever had. Painless and bruiseless may I add. Her kindness regarding me forgetting my lab orders at home were above and beyond the call of duty. Dawn is an asset to Quest and I am so appreciative of her and Quest. Thank you.

I’ve been coming here for over 7 yrs now. Excellent service from my lab technician to the entire clinic. Very clean atmosphere and peaceful environment. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.

I had an appointment at 7:30 and was out by 7:35. Ernest was my phlebotomist. He was very pleasant and made small talk to keep me distracted from the needles. 💉 (I hate shots.) I loved their check in process by text. The directions were very clear from the start. I wasn't left guessing if I needed to check in again when I got inside. I'd definitely go to this location again.

I arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment. They skipped me, and when I asked if I had been skipped, they gave me attitude. They finally called me back at 9:00. What's the point of having an appointment? They need to do a much better job of making sure they don't skip people with appointments since at least one other person complained about the same thing. Unacceptable.
