I have to get my blood drawn from my hand which can be quite painful. Ernesto was amazing. I did not even feel a needle prick.

I was late for my appointment but they took me anyway, which was great. I did not have to reschedule! The guy who did my blood work was very kind, quick, and efficient. I told him of my concerns and he kept them in mind while he painlessly and quickly took care of me. He was so quick and very nice and pleasant.

The lady helping me was very polite and had no problems finding a vein. She was understanding that I needed to call to get my tests sent over and gave me the information I needed to get that done.
