Going to Quest diagnostics is one of the worst customer experiences available. It makes the DMV seem like music festival.
If your Dr. Only uses Quest I strongly suggest you find a different Dr. If you need to cut your arm open with a knife to draw blood rather then wasting your life at Quest it would be a far less painful option. That a company can exist with such utter disdain for their customers is baffling.

Found a clinic close to home (S Rainbow). Walk-in wait time was only about 20 minutes. Very efficient tech. I will go back to this lab.

All good, except that I was unable to get an appointment at the Quest clinic closest to my home. I had to travel several miles away to a different site.

I recently had an experience at Quest Diagnostics that left me quite disappointed, particularly with one of the staff members, Aretzy. While waiting for my blood draw, I had some relevant questions regarding the procedure and about the requested blood draw, as I believe it's important to understand what’s happening with my health. Unfortunately, Aretzy seemed irritated by my inquiries and responded in a way that felt more argumentative than informative. Instead of providing clarity, she embodied a lack of professionalism and compassion that is crucial in any healthcare setting. It's disheartening to encounter someone who appears to lack basic bedside manner, especially when patients are often anxious about procedures involving their health. After the draw, Aretzy explained that her defensiveness stemmed from a previous patient who frequently questions her and prefers not to have more than one blood vial taken in a day. While I understand that every patient is different, it's not appropriate for her to carry the frustrations of one patient into her interactions with others. My questions were valid, and I deserved a respectful response, not a defensive attitude. Overall, I believe Aretzy needs to reflect on her approach to patient care and communication. Compassion and professionalism are essential in this field, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet those standards. I hope this feedback helps improve interactions for future patients.

Specifically due to the male staff member who knew day in and day out, that he has a small work space, and I am a ADULT female who is pregnant as well.... I wouldn't dare walk right up against me, from behind me, facing my butt... As he has the ability to easily show me where to leave the urine sample with his pointer finger and I have eyes that work properly to see exactly where he needs me to place the urine, I wouldn't dare walk right up against an adult woman with the front of my body facing her behind/butt making her feel unsafe, and her not wanting to return or to ever encounter the same male staff as a result of his audacity and laziness to simply keep a professional space professional without making me very uncomfortable. There's no excuse for this; none. I have perfectly working eyes and the attention span to hear directions without someone getting obviously far too close to me from behind. Unacceptable. It should be on camera. The male staff did ask me a personal question, then before I could answer/respond the male staff interrupted to say "I'm being nosey..." After he asked me a personal question. Don't excuse these type of behaviors so often in the professional space. This was supposed to be a space focused on health and that should involve good and safe health practices and behaviors all around. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately, due to that male staff. Otherwise the process was average.

The lab associate did great with me. However, the experience would have been better if there had been a receptionist helping or acknowledging patients upon our arrival to help us with your integrated sign-in system in your location. I consider myself a millennial, and it took a few minutes to realize the signing process when I stepped into the clinic. I cannot picture myself dealing without someone to explain the onboarding process if I were a baby boomer.

Horrible experience I went in today 2/21 and was treated like no where else. My son needed blood work and we had an appt. We were a little late checking in due to kiosks being full and having to wait to use them. I explained that but she could care less . We were put on a wait list that was just us . She stated she was taking care of the wait list patients but she was getting ready to leave and that if we weren't seen by 2:40 we would be kicked out . Very unprofessional!!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are very good at drawing blood without having to poke you multiple times to find a vein. I highly recommend this location.
