Once you complete the robotic, inflexible and cold check-in process, patiently listen to the overly loud stream of Ad's and self promotion and proceed into the super secure area with humans it's actually ok. It seemed at least half the people struggled with the "automated" check-in.
Don't even fantasize about walking in without an appt. Forget it! The robots won't be happy with you!
The young lady who drew my blood was kind and humorous. She saved an otherwise weirdly mechanical visit. I got the results super fast too so that's nice. Of course you need an online account to do so. I guess this is the future of medicine.

Not organized and the waiting area is dirty and it sucks here and furthermore the people that work that take the blood and and quest lab or not professional they're very disrespectful they, retraining have no compassion for patients and I will not recommend anybody to come to this place

Elizabeth at the Lake Mead location did a great job of blood draw for me. I had the glucose tolerance test which required 2 hours of waiting and three times of blood draw. She was super professional and kind and on time.

I made an appointment and missed them calling my name somehow, once called back they couldn't find my paperwork again, found it in fax. I was a little heated and had to apologize, not the tech's fault. She was very good and got the blood needed to do the required tests, already have the majority of the results a day later. Photos and videos aren't allowed per privacy.

Always had an amazing experience here! Very efficient, they take their appointments on time, and my phlebotomist today Ms Elizabeth was so sweet and professional! My veins roll and I’m a hard stick, she took her time, found my vein and bam! In and out within 17 minutes! Thank you so much for servicing the community, I appreciate you!

The person helping me did not do the blood work from my Urologist and now I’ll have to go back another day to redo them. They only did the blood work from my primary care doctor. The primary are doctor sent the blood request to quest and I had a paper with that my urologist wanted and I gave to the quest technician and she even gave me the bill cost for both the totals and said quest will bill
Me the two separate things and this morning when I went to see my lab results only the labs from the primary care doctor where do r and the others were not. The person collected seven tubes of blood and it was supposed to be for both of the doctors and she only did the blood work for the primary care doctor and forgot about the blood work from the other doctor. I am extremely disappointed with the service at quest diagnostics. They messed up big time!

Ridiculous. 1 person in waiting room and 18 walk-ins. Where are they. Absurd. They say 1 hour wait. There should be better. Any urgent care can do the same test. Stop using
