The person who drew my blood was very nice but it seemed like they were rushing & they ended up blowing my vein!

Bad service rude staff.
Management is very unprofessional!!
Walk in wait is ridiculous, they don't call from it. People have been sitting around for hour's. All appointments have come and gone. They ain't working there walk in list at all. There not honoring time frame given. Go somewhere else šš¼

I was a little confused where to go but once I got there, the check in process was very easy and fast. Once they got the results, they sent them to both me and my doctor. It was the first time Iād ever gotten my results and it was nice to see what my doctors in the past were talking to me about

I arrived as a walk in shortly after 7am. Another patient arrived, as a walk-in, at least half an hour later. After waiting just 20 minutes or so he complained to a philbotinist that he had to take his kid to school. They told him he needed to wait, and they did make him wait another 20 minutes, but then they went ahead and let him cut the line. He was in and out more than an hour before I finally got called back, which was well after 10am. I had a 3 hour wait when the check in said it should be a 30-60 min for walk-in. People should not be allowed to cut the line like that.
I have stage 4 cancer and was fasting for the bloodwork to be sure I can get my next chemo. It was not fair he cut the line. Poor planning on his part does not constitute an emergency on your part. Mind you, I do not mind waiting when I do not have an appt, but walk ins should still be first come, first serve. Last time I was a walk-in a similar situation happened. A 3 hour wait, and walk-ins called out of order because someone was complaining of the wait. I understand wanting to get the complainers out quick so they do not bring the whole waiting room down, but it makes people angry when people get to cut lines just because they are whiny. It really is not right.
Now, once I got called back, they did a great job as always. I have small, rolling veins, and they always get me by the second draw, if not the first. With minimal pain at that. And the appointments are really good at being called on time. Whenever I can, I schedule an appointment instead, and it is tremendously helpful. Occasionally, I cannot schedule an appointment and still have to go in as a walk-in so that I can do my chemo on schedule. That is the only times I have had problems. Would love to give 5 out of 5 stars for the rest of the times I have gone. Even as a walk-in I only had a problem the last two times I have gone, every other time was wonderful (and I have to get blood drawn every 2-4 weeks).

The customer service here is beyond rude. I arrived within their window of being open and taking walk-ins and I was refused. I can only get bloodwork done today for a specific test and they donāt even care to listen.

Fast service but GET YOUR RECEIPTS. I get the same test every 3 months for the last 2 years with the same insurance and every single time I come the copay changes or thereās an unpaid balance. Billing department never calls when staff puts a request for a call back. Paid a balance today AGAIN that I paid 3 months ago but I didnāt have a receipt so I had to pay to get services.

My sister had an appointment today at 10 am, she got there a few mins early, and immediately an employee told her that they were not taking in anymore appointments. Excuse me, what? How does that work? If an appointment was made in advanced then they shouldāve called her before showing up to let us know theyāre canceling her appointment! My sister kindly told her that she had already made her appointment so why will she not be seen because her lab work is important, the employee started raising her voice at her that she wonāt be seen and was waving around her arms at my sister like a lunatic. As a phlebotomist myself, this type of behavior from the Quest employee is unacceptable and quite embarrassing for Quest that they even allow their employees to act this way. She needs to learn some bed side manner and as any medical worker she should learn to be more empathetic, caring, and compassionate. Extremely disappointed to know that this is how a healthcare worker is treating their patients.
