Second time going here and I made my appointment online ahead of time and made sure to confirm my appointment. I checked in on the computer when I got there and both times I walked in almost every seat was full, BUT I was called within 5 minutes of my appointment time so very organized. Thank you.

My phlebotomist, Rachel, was OUTSTANDING! So very friendly, informative, and the most competent I have had! She found the vein on the first try without having to fish around for it at all. She is wonderful!
