Today was the first time I've come to this laundromat and it is very nice, it's very clean, the lady who runs it is very sweet. I like the fact that it opens at 6:00 in the morning because I'm an early riser and want to get stuff done. Also I like the fact that all the washers and all the dryers have credit card readers on them so in case you didn't have change to put in the machines you're still good to go. I will definitely come back here.

Using this laundromat for the past 10 years, it's gotten worse. The machines either don't wring your clothes and the driers don't dry. One time, the washers left my clothes wet and not wrung out. Never got my money back from that.

The service here is outstanding, the person in charge of this place was so kind and patient with my questions, via phone and in person, the place was Really clean, the washer and dryers as well, they have plenty of machines and tables for you to fold your clothes, they have small, medium and large machines, you can use your debit card, they even have a machine for change in case you need coins, I just loved that the industrial medium and big washing machines are like new and it was fast and easy to do the laundry. I would happily go back there 100% anytime. I was grateful to find a Very pleasant lady attending this laundry location in Rainbow.

Nice clean place. Only issue is that nobody answers the phone and it's difficult to get customer service. Have had no problem with machines. No ATM bring cash or debit card. Some machines only take quarters and they are the cheapest machines. Dryers use quarters or card, should bring quarters or cash to make change to add minutes to dryer. Has very large machines

I love this place. The lady who I see working often is very sweet - she and her family have always been kind and have taken care of me when machines want to get a little funky.
One detail I've seen talked about that I want to mention is someone did not just "drive through the front window" - they were the victim of attempted theft and someone tried to rip their vending and ATM machines out of the front window. I was there fresh after it happened. Things like that really hurt a small business for quite some time afterward, especially when you look at the outside that's currently in repair. It takes time to argue with insurance, to build up funds to take care of your customers, and to keep things going. Don't judge the Laundromat by its front door.
The machines work well. The people are good. There are places to sit and places around the building to eat. Just... use quarters for the dryers and not your card. The card reader .25 per charge is funky, especially when you need a dollar to get it to run.
Thanks for always being my place to go when I need laundry for my job done.

Very good equipment, only the lady who serves has a very bad attitude, just for asking if I could change a ticket to access the dryer, she almost insults me, improve your service, do not place such basic people

Powder dispenser didn’t give me my powder … then the dryer ate my money and they gave me about 1/2 back as a refund. Someone’s driven through the front window, that should give you an idea of the place. Try elsewhere.

Would not consider visiting here again. Wash left my clothing and towels drenched due to the machine not spinning. I was reimbursed only for the washer malfunction not the extra dryer time I needed. Owner was unprofessional and unhelpful. Take your clothing elsewhere before you get ripped off and waste your time. Photo is the machine that I used that immediately was put out of order.

I would given this place a 4..place is clean, fairly well kept, and try to maintain operations of the machines. Until I was called a liar when requesting a 10.75 refund after a washer malfunctioned, having to spend extra money to move my clothes to another washer, purchase soap & softner and taking the coin payment that was made first. I had to use my card to make the purchases for both items along with a wash. I don't use my card at locations like this as I do try to protect my personal information. Dryer took .75 and wouldn't accept anymore coins afterwards. I left signs on the washers of malfunction & told the attendant when she got in. I provided a written amount, machine numbers, & such to bring machine issues to their attention. This all happened on 4/28/24. I was told I was a liar. So, if this business is so hard up for that 10.75, keep it. I have been a customer here since 3/2022 & always willing to help the employees & customers when they needed assistance. This is bad business practice. I am one of few honest customers this business had.
If you do your wash here, keep track of the amount of coins you insert. When you put your cloths in the dryer, make sure the boor seals (light tug on the bottom), after a bit, feel the glass on door to make sure the heat is working. Put the detergent pods in the wash, not the top of the washer as this can clog up the machine. I am saddened to have to finalize my business here as a customer. You called the wrong person a liar.
